Bob always gets my family's vehicles in fast as possible. He does great work, reasonable, he doesn't overprice or surprise price like some garages. Just had 2 new tires put on, took about 40min. Highly recommended.
My car broke down on the WV turnpike and I needed to tow it somewhere. Bob's had good reviews, and being in unfamiliar territory, I chose them. They fixed it quickly and got me back on the road the next day. He told me what the problem was and let me keep the bad part. Bob's made a stressful situation so much less stressful.
This is a good place to get brakes, rotors, oil change and tires. They were fast and had everything I needed in stock.
Hauling precious cargo along i64 in West Virginia, just at the peak of the Appalachian mountains, there was an audible 'pop' from under the hood of our truck. I noticed my husband grab the steering wheel tighter than normal as he said uh oh. The power steering was gone and the battery was draining rapidly. He quickly turned off anything that could drain the battery and told me to find the next exit and/or an auto parts store. If you know anything about this part of i64, not only are stops far and few between, but there's not a whole lot of just pull off and pick up auto parts options either. Thankfully the universe was on our side as I found the next exit was 2 miles away and Bob's Garage was a hopeful option for us to at least stop safely to fix the issue. I called and was warmly greeted with a friendly voice on the other end. Frantically I asked if they happened to have a serpentine belt. She said they didn't but they could get one. In my panic I said can we please come and if nothing else park to see what is going on. She kindly told me of course and we limped that way hoping we had enough power to make it. After I hung up I realized I probably didn't give the impression of being very nice lol, but when we finally made it to Bob's Garage we were welcomed with kindness like we've known them for years. We got parked, popped the hood and as we thought, broken serpentine belt. Not only did Bob's Garage quickly find us a new belt, they fixed it for us in no time. We were traveling w our horse and dogs including our new puppy Evy. The puppy was getting restless so I took her out to walk around. They had a fenced in area next to the shop and though we passed on the offer to use it, I thought it was extra awesome that they even cared enough about us to offer the yard for her to run if needed. While I don't know anyone in the area, and hope to never be in that position again, I want to HIGHLY recommend Bob's Garage should you need auto repairs and/or service! I can't thank them enough for their help. My family and I are eternally grateful for their service and kindness.

While traveling through West Virginia heading to Virginia my car broke down on the WV Turnpike. Want to first give a shout out to the turnpike curtesy drivers they were great. I had two to stop by and the last one called me a tow truck and stayed with me until it came! Now, to Bob’s what an awesome experience from the time my car was taken off the truck! Within a few minutes they had the issue diagnosed and an estimate on what it would cost for repairs. They ordered the parts and fixed my car the same day and I was off to VA. Want to say thinks to all that was involved in taking care of my car. Also, enjoyed all of the nice people that I had conversation with while waiting!
While Visiting West Virginia, I noticed that my vehicle was very loud and the front end was shaking when I was driving. I was scared to drive it back to Florida Before getting it checked out. So I was googling call shops in the upper Kanawha Valley area and came across Bob’s garage. I also asked for recommendations on Facebook. My cousin recommended me taking it to Bob’s garage. So I gave them a call, Tammy the front desk receptionist was super friendly and told me to go ahead and bring it in. I brought my car there and they thoroughly checked it out top to bottom front end. They found out that it was a flex pipe issue. They fixed it and also repaired my tire which had a nail in it. I have been to many many businesses and this auto shop is by far the most friendly and efficient auto shop that I have been to. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND taking your vehicle here! They really treat you like family and not a stranger. That makes a big difference. You can do the best work but if you don’t have great customer service, it doesn’t matter. The group of people who work here are the very best. They are honest, affordable, and will not try to rip you off. If there were more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would give them more.
Stayed late to put my tires on my truck 4 me with no complaints! Loves it!
