We ( my husband and I) called to get a quote on a service repair. Bob answered the phone and upon being asked how he was doing, he was very rude. We still wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, we asked him about the service we wanted and he stated very rudely “I’m not the man for you!”
So basically if you want rude service and attitude when getting your vehicle serviced, this IS the man for the job! Do not say you were not warned!
