We had a great early dinner. I highly recommend the chicken with avocado & the bacon burgers.
Our server was friendly and quick to help with our questions
I have worked in the restaurant industry over 10 years as staff and management and I will have to say this is the most we have ever been disappointed in Bob's Everett location. We usually sit in the bar and have always had good service. I am usually very forgiving when a staff is busy as long as we are acknowledged. This visit today was an exception. The bartender/waitress K B was very inattentive. It was busy but not overloaded when we came in. We were seated over 20 minutes before I had to flag her down and ask for menus. She had served 3 tables that walked in after us, menus and beverages and had not acknowledged us. She walked by and slid the menus down and continued walking past with no apology or even a I will be with you in a minute.
A bad day can be expected but it was borderline rude. We will of course be back as we come in every couple of weeks I hope to have a better experience next time.
Average service & atmosphere. They could use a few more tvs. The menu is vast & resembles Red Robin, but we like it better. Great food & fair pricing. Portions were very good-sized.
Holy cow, those fries hit the spot! I went during the Super Bowl game; they had amazing service and REALLY good food. In a previous comment, someone mentioned being a small step above Denny's. If we're talking steps, this place is on top of a mountain. Everything was evenly cooked, salted, and seasoned perfectly. It came out really fast; we literally waited like 5 minutes to get our food. We had the lady with short black hair and glasses as our server. If you haven't gone here, you need to. You'll be so glad you did, trust me. I feel fat and satisfied now.
I had dinner here on a busy Friday evening. It took some time for the wait-staff to take my order, but I could see that they were busy. The staff apologized and was friendly and nice to me. I ordered a Cajun Gourmet Chicken Burger with a side of Green Salad and Italian dressing. The food was high-quality, delicious, and filling (if you are really hungry, you may choose a side of either the fries or the potato salad). The green salad, especially, was very fresh. I am calorie-conscious and found that the burger wasn’t too high on calories but was high on protein, obviously. This restaurant and sports bar is trendy, has good menu items to choose from, is conveniently located, and has ample parking space. My bill was a little over $17, and with the tip, the total amount came to $21. Do check it out - recommended. ????
Great place to go any day of the week. Bar area for the adults & restaurant area for others. Wheelchair accessible (bathrooms are as well). Not so great views (not Bob's fault, just telling facts). Friendly wait-staff & great food. Large portions & oh so many sauces (i recommend the Chipotle for any chicken dish and fries). Meat was not dry. Was very tasty and made better by the Chipotle. Thank you to our server last night.
Excellent customer service great food and prices. Burgers,salads and steaks just amazing. Extremely recommend.
My favorite place to drink and eat. Ryan is my favorite bartender. He always go far and beyond with the service. Very friendly and attentive. At the restaurant Tiffany is the best. I recomend this 100%
