If I could give less than 1 star, I would have. Had my car brought to Bob's after an accident because I was told that it couldn't be towed anywhere else, first lie. I was told I couldn't pick up my car until my insurance called them, second lie. The woman that I dealt with was extremely rude, told me 1 price on the phone but then added $100 after I arrived to pick up my car and said she never told me the original price. This place is the biggest scam and all they care about is taking advantage of customers and getting as much money as possible out of you. Avoid Bob's at all cost.
I cannot be happier with my experience at Bob's. I've taken my car to 2 other auto shops in the area and am very grateful that I took my car here. I'm a medical student and when I realized I needed to take my car in somewhere, I was overwhelmed with potential costs and how long I might be without my car. They took my car in quickly, ordered the parts right away, were upfront about costs, and communicated very well.
When I came to pick up my car, Bob brought me back to the garage and took time to kindly explain everything they needed to do and why. I have never had a more caring, honest, and personable experience at an auto shop -- and for quality work at such a fair price. I will come here again when I need any work in the future and will highly recommend to anyone I know in the area.
I'm from out of town and couldn't be happier with the service I received at Bob's Auto Body. Bob went above and beyond to get me back on the road in one day. I highly appreciate and recommend them!!!
Intentionaly lied profusely. Would not recommend at all. Kept the vehicle an extended period of time to accumulate lot fees and refused to release the vehicle. If you ever need a tow call a professional not these guys. Use a company like Blake Family roadside assistance. Bobs is just another scam.
Bob repaired some front end damage to my 2006 Pontiac vibe. He not only did a stellar job, But Kathy worked so well with the insurance they made it super easy!
So thankful for this place and highly recommend. I just moved to this area and my car started breaking down so I called and asked if they could fix it. They said yes and did a phenomenal job for a very reasonable price. You can watch them the whole time they work on your car, they do great work, fair prices both on parts and labor, no b.s., great service. Well done and thank you for saving me!
Great work in a short period of time they get the job done within a week and looks brand new great Price too! Helped with the rental drop off and pick up Enterprise Love these guys
