I'm not from here, was visiting and had a bearing go bad on a vehicle. I came here based on a recommendation from a friend, and so glad I did. Terrific experience! Fast, friendly, and very fair pricing! It's so rare to find an honest mechanic these days. Highly recommended!

Just picked up my car from having it repaired. They did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the customer service I received and the short amount of time to get it repaired. I would highly recommend Hanley Auto Body.
After complaining they could not get the wheel off our car they then put back on the wheel they did remove and stripped our bolts so we had to buy new ones. All they had to do to get the tire off was use a breaker bar we got it off just fine at home. Now we are out money because we have to purchase new bolts and a new baring. Poor service. I’d give zero stars if I could. Also the service from the lady and bob was rude and that’s why I didn’t even bother to try to get reimbursed for my troubles.
This is where I go when I need body work on a vehicle. I found the work to be excellent and the prices to be fair. Over the last decade I've had body issues with several vehicles taking care of here promptly and with excellent outcomes. I would recommend them if you're looking for a body shop.
I have taken all my vehicles to Hanley Auto for 25 years. They have always been fair and very upfront about issues; never a surprise! The team is great to work with and I highly recommend this business.
horrible place. had my bmw bumper replaced. came back with pock marks and the paint wore off quickly. he missed putting a piece on. took it back to fix. put the piece back on and worked to fix the marks. I picked it up and still was there, just more paint caked on over them. they still had my key fab and i called to schedule to get it and they said I owed money for the other part that I had paid for, i objected and the receptionist basically told me to screw off. time went by and I work 7 days a week and today had an opportunity to get the key, the owner said the lady put the key somewhere and he hoped she could find it. I expressed my disappointment with the work and added charges and he started yelling and screaming at me telling me how much he works and dropping f-bombs. wow.
Honest about parts, labor & if damage can be actually be fixed.
Been a customer since 1980(?) for major $ minor repairs.
