This was probably the best ran Bob Evans Restaurant I've ever eaten in. There was an inadvertent problem with my daughter's food, and not only did the management take care of it immediately, they surprised me by not charging me for it! Everything in the place was neat, clean, and enjoyable. There was great attention to the customer, too! Great place to eat and relax!
Had to wait a long time to be seated. Then ordered, took long time to get food and it was not good at all. Never seen waitress to see if we needed refills or anything. Never to go there again. It was way too expensive also.
Absolutely disgusting. It is just horrible that this type of food is even served to people. I wouldn't even throw it out in my woods for wildlife to eat. My mothers burger, was just a frozen patty you could get at McDonald's, not fresh, but about a week old once frozen, reheated and nuked a few times. The crispier potatoes we ordered for an app were old and tasted like rubber. I ordered the grilled chicken dinner bell plate. I took one bite of the chicken and immediately spit it out. I don't even know what it was. I will never go back nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. It should be condemned.
The family and I went on Easter Sunday. In other words, it was really crowded. The food was great. The service was good. And the price wasn't bad. Highly recommend.
This bob Evans never fails to be a disappointment, food isn't up to par, always dry, not cooked thoroughly, or order is always made wrong, and plated by a two year old, waitresses always forget drinks, and food, or never get a refill, or get an attitude when asking for refill. And the seating smells of urine, My husband and I will never eat at this location ever again!
Waited a while for the waitress to take our drink orders, but other then that everything was great.
It was great. The waitress was very attentative and checked on us often filling our drinks, etc.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere and affordable prices! Don't forget to tip your waitress and remember...you never know what someone is going through outside of their workplace.
