One of my local Bob Evans on Belmont Ave. in Youngstown. A big ol’ parking lot with lots of parking spots as well as handicap parking. I was greeted by my server how seated me quickly. Seating options are tables or booths, I always get a table. The menu is classic southern comfort food, and you can never go wrong there. My server was extremely polite and attentive, she got my coffee out fast & hot. I ordered my favorite breakfast meal, cooked perfectly & tasty. I like this Bob Even’s because it’s close to home, always clean & the food is good. I enjoy my meals here, I think you will too.
Have been to this resturant a hand full of times. Have never had any issues. Always have friendly staff, good food, etc. Today was 1st time we used take out option. Had to laugh when I opened this meal box and the kids meal and that had more fries this one did. (A McDs small fry has more fries in the bag then are in these boxes- pic does no justice). Other meal ordered had no complaints.
Other then the portion size for the price paid, and the guy harassing customers for money in the parking lot, the food was good and ready by time said.
Love, Love my Bob Evans in Girard Ohio!! Always a great experience, service, and food! I door dashed thos morning after working 39 hrs. It was just as great as if I went to the restaurant. The dasher was polite and prompt as well. Always recommend this Bob Evans to my friends and family! ???? Thanks Bob Evans! ????
Amazing! Greeted right away!! Our server Starr might just be the best waitress in the entire world! She was extremely attentive to my kids and I!! Everything was A+++... food, service, and personality. The cook even stopped out to say hello and make sure everything was alright! I will be back!!
First time at a Bob Evans and first time in the area. We are moving to Kentucky so our first meal was here. Our waitress was Tracy and she could not have been more hospitable. She was so welcoming and funny. It was nice to see someone that had so many good things about the menu and her job. Because of her we even bought a few knick knacks at the gift area. As for the food it was soooo good. In fact we have had a few different meals since then and nothing has been as good. So we will be back many times to eat at your restaurant and on our next trip through. Thank Tracy for everything!!!!
Decided to give this place a try while on a trip to Youngstown and it’s surprisingly decent… the caramel macchiato was delicious! Food was good.. only “con” I have when it comes to the food is my egg wasn’t really cooked “over hard” it was more of an over medium and unfortunately, I could not eat it. Overall, the service was great.
I came in to Bob evans Saturday afternoon and was waiting at the register for the waitress behind the counter. After a few minutes she acknowledged me and stated she would be with me in a moment. As she finished a patron walked to the cash register he stated for her to take me first cause he noticed I was standing there and she was like no I’ll check you out. I politely said that ok I’m not eating here. But for a teachable moment or your policy I asked to speak to the manager the manager stated the policy should have been that I was seen first. Customer service is very important I will never be back I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Hope your manager fixes the problem. owner need to be aware of the problem.
This place was definitely understaffed. There were only three tables occupied the whole time we were there, and it still took almost a half hour to get our food. Even then our orders weren't quite right. Staff was nice enough and did apologize for the experience, but definitely not a place we'll return to
