Wow what a big change for the better! Usually service is fair and door is slow especially on a Sunday morning. But our server Serenity was great very fast food was prompt. Wife’s eggs were done correctly and didn’t have to use a napkin to soak up excess grease on them.
My omelette was very good would definitely order it again. Coffee was great so were the refills.
I've been to Bob Evans before, but was very underwhelmed by this one after going for breakfast on Monday. I got the Rise and Shine, my gf got the Whole Hog. The portions were tremendous, so if you're hungry, this is a good place to go. But my eggs were more over medium than over easy and a little rubbery, the hash browns were somewhere between crispy and soft, and the coffee was honestly pretty weak.
The service was fantastic however, and the server was very professional, responsive, and fast. If you're going out for breakfast though, there's better options for the price. Apologies for the no photos, it was just honestly a pretty forgettable experience.
The atmosphere is great. The service great, but the omelet was nasty. Coffee watery. I asked if they have organic food, waitress said nothing was organic here. Scary. ???? hopefully they return to cooking natural food.
Our friends make fun of us because we are not the typical demographic that frequently visits Bob Evans; yet, it has become one of our regular spots. The food is always fresh, delicious and affordable. The service is, hands down, always the BEST -- courteous, fast, and flawless. The atmosphere and aesthetic are not my flavor, but it's always nice to be there.
Got the Classic breakfast, with scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits, and coffee.
Server was really good and professional.
However, the food, not so good. The scrambled eggs were more like an empty omelet. Not scrambled and fluffy, but flat and greasy. So greasy, I could only eat a couple of bites.
The sausage links were Luke warm. Not at all appetizing. Biscuits were good, as was the coffee.
Used to love Bob Evans, but the last couple of times I have eaten here, I have been disappointed.
Probably my last trip in here. Food quality has really went down.
Manager did remove the food from the bill, and I paid for coffee.
Great food and good portions for the price! Nice and clean dining room. Service was friendly and attentive. New menu items look delish! I am going back this weekend for sure.
Very good food quickly and perfectly prepared. The staff is so professional and friendly, it's like sitting down to dinner at your own kitchen table.
Really polite service and the atmosphere was okay. The food was awful. The pancakes were under done (raw and liquidy in the middle) the sausage patties were extremely over cooked and dry, the potatoes had no seasoning at all. We got the big breakfast so we could try as much as we could during our 1st visit. Most of it was not good and we will not be going back.
