y'all need a new cook... everything is either over cooked or undercooked... have been waiting for over an hour... only got 1/6 of our food so far...
Our server, Justin, is the only one capable of doing his job.
Horrible service. We waited over an hour and a half for our food. Manager did not know what she was doing. They kept taking to go orders and couldn’t service them or the customers in the restaurant. Several people left angry. Never going back there again. Worst experience Ever at a restaurant!
Had dinner n we were the only one in the establishment. It took about 5 minutes to get waited on n the waiter didn't bring salad out till we had to ask. The best part was the cook only cook one dinner n waiter for 2 people.
Was a one time our go to place but tonight my wife's dinner was a disaster. Rolls could be used for gravel they we that hard, no refill on drinks and there was only 4 tables in use tonight. Would have been nice if they were able to at least take care of some of the bill.
Ordered carry out on 4/24. Beef tips and mashed potatoes were good. Green beans were ridiculously salty. Ordered and paid for a banana bread loaf, but when I got home, discovered it wasn’t in the bag (nor was butter for the rolls). Attention to detail is not this restaurant’s strong suit. Will try the one in Belden next time - maybe they have their act together and won’t rob me.
UPDATE: They refunded me the cost of the banana nut loaf (not the tax on it, of course ????).
UPDATE 5/3: Decided to try this Bob Evans again to see if they could get an order correct. This time, they DID include the Banana Nut Loaf, but didn’t include the dinner rolls! I didn’t leave until they brought those out, too. C’mon, General Manager Russell German — get your act together and train your employees to actually VERIFY that everything we order is in the bag!! ????
Store needs up grades for sure. Van our server was very polite. Food got messed up. Got the honey butter chicken. Was a bit extra crispy and I like crispy. Pot roast bowl was good when we got the right one. Got a gift card for Christmas.
We were pretty disappointed with not only the food, but the service as well. The app was fine, but the turkey dinner came out cold, my bf ate it regardless bc he was hungry. I ordered the wild fire salad without corn and onions. They brought it out with corn and did replace it, however by the time I got my salad my bf was finished. I ended up leaving with most of my food. And we didn't get rolls until after they brought our meals. I also downloaded the app advertised on the menu and wasn't able to use my $5 off coupon bc the manager couldn't get it to work. Won't be back.
If you want fast reliable service and food, don’t go here. There was 4 of us in there, totally people in that restaurant. And still took 45 mins for my stepdad and I to get our food. You order fruit and French toast, you will get that in 10 mins.
