As always the staff is very friendly and our food is always good no matter what we get. The caramel mocha is to die for. Great prices for a great meal definitely worth it.
Came on this Bob Evans for first time, clean and quiet. we ordered Sirloin steak and farm fresh eggs , Southwest Avocado omelette, the coffee is very light,the steak was unflavored and the home potatoes were burnt , soaked in grease
I only recommended the Omelet. and the bread ???? Bread out in the open freshly baked it’is a plus .Customer service is very friendly and attentive!!!
Places like this need to close for good. Food is mediocre and over priced. Waited an hour for this.
Good food wait time was a bit much but ,I felt cut off after I ordered 1 thing then she went to my friends order so I had to intrupt to make a adjustment on my order the table behind us had 3 people got all there food first waitress didn't seam too overly friendlyThen ,when checking out I said hi to the girl at the counter I , got no response ,I paid didn't get any thank you or any send off greeting ,we did enjoy the food as it was good and came out hot ! THIS was my only second time going there ,
The food and atmosphere and waitress was amazing!!!! Definitely will be back !!!
Can I just say overall I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Bob evens from the moment I walked in the door the entire restaurant was FILTHY however, I thought I would over look that and they might have been busy and didn't get a chance to clean right away when the food we ordered finally arrived it looked as disgusting as the condition that the restaurant was in I ordered what should've been one of the simplest things to prepare...An American cheese omelet which was so rubbery and flater then a pancake I sput it out....my dad ordered chicken noodle soup and literally looked like a bowl vomit I had to take a pic it was outrageous!!!! We paid the bill and walked out we didn't even bother to say anything they obviously don't care...if they did they would never have served us the disgusting mess they did.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
The food is excellent -- BEST omelettes around - and the best servers as well....Julie & Angie deserve awards. Manager Chris was superb from customer side but I hear he's gone so now?? Someone on staff apparently didn't like an award given to them to honour the staff from a customer who passed away so award was taken away & no longer able to be seen.....upsetting & disappointing but??
They are understaffed. The server that waited on us this morning wasn't particularly friendly and you could tell she was stressed. She had the whole side of the restaurant we were sitting on. She couldn't keep up with our coffee refills at all. When they delivered the food finally my husband's sausage was burned but the worst part is the kids meal plate was super hot! The fruit had a rotten grape in it when I showed the server she just shrugged her shoulders and went about her business. When I talk to the manager at the end of the visit and explain to her what had happened after we had paid and tipped. She didn't seem to care. I said if this is your standard of service why should we come back she had nothing to say. If this is their standard of service I don't recommend going to this Bob Evans!
