Server took forever, took our order after 25 minutes waiting to get our order in, then the food came out one meal at a time.
They didn't even have biscuits made for their server's to sell, we waited for our biscuits to come out of the oven.
She never even came back and asked if we needed anything or even a refill.
Customer service could have been so much better. The food was good and so was the drinks.. all staff seemed to not want to be there
I haven’t eaten in a Bob Evans in awhile but my family and I stopped in for dinner to give it another try and even though there was only one server, it didn’t seem like it. The hostess and server (Riley) was amazing. Very friendly, attentive and pleasant. This experience will make me want to return to this location again. If you’ve stayed away , it’s time to come back!
It's hit or miss with this location. I believe their service is subpar at best
I waited 45 minutes with my children for food after waiting 10 min for a server. Oh, and the best part was that there were only 2 other people in this location eating at that time so yeah very sad. I did not say anything or get upset bc my children came first and they were hungry. But if I were management I would most definitely look into this location for service issues... Oh, and I forgot they also on top of all of that forgot my kid's cookies and ice cream ???? So good job Bob ???? ????
This place is a wreck. No one to work the grill but the hostess. My wildfire chicken salad cost me damn near $11 and I get this. Like for real I can get a better salad at the local Krogers and be better than this. Not only that been here over a hour and it took us 45 minutes to get our food. Over this place and there overall slacker stuff.
My husband and I ate here while on vacation, we were very pleased with our meal as well as the service we received. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious. We also bought some huge chocolate chip cookies, a loaf of banana nut bread and lemonade bread that we took with us. Great food, great service!
Best place for breakfast. If you eat light or live to eat a big breakfast. They have the right choice for you. Our waitress was fast, friendly, and efficient. The restaurant was clean. The food was great. I eat light. 3 egg whites, rye toast, fruit, and hot tea with half and half.
My Family and I have eaten at Bon Evan’s once a week for the last 6 months and I loved every experience until this one!!! We usually go in the early afternoon. Last night we went in the evening and the MANAGER was absolutely the rudest human being I have ever met! We sat at our usual table and there was a reason we always sit there it was for my special needs child and when we put our seating arrangement together she came over and with an attitude said we couldn’t sit like that. I told her that the high chair is always like that and we eat here all the time and she got continued with a bad attitude, I then did what she asked and my children cried almost the whole time we were there. When she brought our drinks she tossed straws onto the table which was also upsetting. Then on top of all that we waited a very long time for our food to come out with only three other people in the location. When the food came out the fries and Mac and cheese were cold and the plates were hot everything felt microwaved!!! I have never been more dissatisfied at Bob Evan’s on Hilliard Rome Rd until now! With only Three people In the restaurant there was no reason to act like that and coming from the MANAGER there was no one to express my frustrations to!!!
