Would give zero stars if I could. Seated at a sticky crumby table and only asked what we wanted after both my wife and I went to the restroom. Waited 40 minutes after ordering and the food still came out cold. My shrimp was still frozen and asked for new shrimp which they happily tried again. The shrimp then came back hard as a rock and found mold on the bottom of my broccoli. They also served my not even 2 year old daughter moldy fruit. All young kids as well.
Placed a curbside order. Let them know I was there and still waited 25 minutes. Went inside and it was sitting on counter....cold... waitress was rude and wouldn't even confirm it was my order. Then said she was too busy.
Probably would have been good when it was warm. I didn't mind waiting 1 hr because they were busy, but having your food sit on a counter for 25 minutes.......
Bad first experience for a Bob Evans and the $40 that went in the garbage.
Well I first off want to say our server was amazing no issues at all also the food was great also but I couldn't get over the fact that about 6 or 7 times throughout our meal we heard loud bouts of cussing coming from the kitchen. Just cussing each other out and loud yelling at each other. It was very rude and honestly it made it hard to just relax and enjoy our meal we thought about getting up and leaving several times but didn't want to make the server think we were upset with her. But anyways I think they need to place a camera in the kitchen and weed out the inconsiderate childish workers they have.
So I didn’t dine in, take out to my hotel. The food was good and the waitress who helped me was very nice. My issue is with good ole “Bob evens” themselves. $2.49 for 2 slices of banana bread and this is what I got, not much bigger then my thumb ????♂️ I can make a loaf at home 10x better then this garbage for sure! Come on Bob fix this and quiet being cheap!! Pathetic how things have changed since Covid

They should just close this location honestly. Employees standing in the back while customers are waiting in line. Told 10 to 15, waited much longer. Food was cold and nasty and NO ONE WAS IN THERE!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Bob Evans should be ashamed of this place.
Explain how this cup of “Soup” is $4.50 it’s not even half full! It was cold, it was thicker than max and cheese!! These fries are sure not worth $3 and we’re also cold!! When I called to complain I was NOT happy! I should’ve gotten a full refund! I even offered to bring the food back! The “manager” said no. I eat from Bob evans 1-3 times a week!! I HAVE NEVER seen portions like this!! I ordered the same soup last week & it was hot, it was soup & it was full!! Highly disappointed & im very sad to say it!! The manager just kept telling me this was the true portion size!!
My family stopped going to this location for almost a year due to previous bad experiences. Tonight, we were served bacon that was so overdone it was basically dehydrated. The scrambled eggs tasted like cooking spray. On top of the bad food, the restaurant is filthy. Please wash the white dividing wall with windows. Food is all over it and the floor. I watched several employees stand behind the counter talking together instead of waiting on customers. On our way out of the parking lot, a group of employees was smoking by the back door together. This used to be a nice place to eat. We will not be going back any time soon.
Our family did take-out last Saturday night via online order. The person picking it up did not know all of the items in the order. Once home, I realized we were missing an order of pancakes and a whole loaf of banana bread. I called and spoke to Brittany and asked for a refund because they would have had my cc on file for the order. On the order slip, the pancakes were highlighted and the bread was not. I was charged for both. I was told she could do that. Five days later still no credit received for the missing items.
