The place was clean, food came out hot, and it was good. The only issue was that the waitress didn't seem happy when more people came in and were seated. We got there an hour before they closed, and every time they sat people that came in, she verbalized how mad that made her when people come in so close to closing. To me, that isn't very good customer service and made me uncomfortable because she was talking out loud basically to herself and the customers sitting around her.
1st time at this location. The customer service from the host desk to the wait staff definitely exceeded expectations! The food was served fast and was delicious. Vanessa made us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back!
The waitress was absolutely amazing!! Even though they were very short staffed, you could tell, and very new at working there!! Our waitress had just started in the past week, and unfortunately she had to keep apologizing because the kitchen staff didn't have all of our food at one time two of us got our food while one of us had to wait until we were almost completely done eating before he got his food. And even though the waitress kept apologizing although it was not her fault we never did even see a manager and when we asked for when they never showed up.
Shout out to Ali for providing me with excellent service. Very clean, caring and professional. I highly recommend this location. The food here is as great as the service. Thanks Ali you're very appreciated.
1st time at this location. Food wasn’t the best. Pancakes was hard my eggs looked like they came from the edge of the pan crusty. Hash browns was ok and the sweet tea was good. Waitress was great
This is the only Bob Evans location that is worth stopping at. I come here each time I visit TKOC and each time I have had phenomenal service. Anita was fantastic and the life of the party! Anita went above and beyond as our waitress and made our day. The food was delicious and fresh. I am normally skeptical about ordering salads from restaurants but the lettuce was fresh. I ordered the cobb salad and split a slice of apple pie a la mode for dessert. I have ordered this pie at multiple Bob Evans and Anita was the first person to ever ask me if I wanted caramel sauce on the pie. UHM YEA WHO WOULDN'T?!

Very friendly and attentive servers/hosts! They were food with recommendations and small talk. The building itself is a very new facility and kept clean. A nice place to eat, prices and portions and set equally, I do recommend!
The only waitress in the place was hustling and pleasant but 3 men stood around and did almost nothing. There was no effort to bus the tables so stacks of dishes were left on several tables - not creating a clean vibe. Basics are important. Not the Bob Evans it used to be!
