The after church crowd was there so the place was packed, but even though they were very busy, it was all good. Had to wait for a table, less than 5 minutes, which isn't bad. Service was excellent, Brittany did a great job, as busy as she was she still checked on us often and was very helpful. Food was really good, hash browns and scrambled eggs a touch over done, but good. Pleasant experience.
I feel nasty after eating here cause the floor was sticky all the way to my table. Everything looked delicious but the banana pancakes were undercooked and doughy. The home fries soggy. Waitresses were nice and attentive.
Ample parking, clean facility & friendly staff. Bonita was awesome! She took care of me.
This Bob Evans has a great staff, very friendly and helpful with anything. It is a very clean restaurant, including the bathrooms and parking area. We absolutely love their Broasted Chicken dinner, and the new chocolate peanut butter pie is amazing. The only problem that I have is the menu is limited, not a lot of choices, but I am one that loves buffets for this reason. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
we went there there a couple days ago it was sunday , it was my wife, myself, daughter, son n law, and grand baby. the wait was around 30 min. my wife ordered some kind of loaded potato app that she had at bluefield va bob evans and it wasnt even close, it was way over cooked like real bad and wasnt hot which tells me it had been sitting for a while. but the worst part is the end, when we left one of the waitress ran out to my daughters truck yelling "wait you didnt pay!" how embarrassing!!!! my son n law said like hell I didnt pay. then she went back in talked to i guess coworkers and manager. and like a fool came back out saying we did in fact pay. Wow that was a true bad exerience
Counted 14 open tables. Staff ignored the 10 people waiting. Eventually came over took our names then did nothing nor seat a person. It appears the staff gives not a damn about customers and one even said to me “What’s wrong with you?” On her way to the bathroom. Completely worst experience I ever had
The rudest people I’ve ever met. We came on Thanksgiving with a large crowd when no one was open except them. The manager rolled her eyes, took our name/number and then came back (10 minutes later after we stood outside with our kids in 30 degree weather) and said the restaurant was at maximum capacity. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat or just be hungry.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Service was slow to get drinks and food took quite awhile to get as well. Had ordered an extra order of banana bread and sausage patties, I asked about them 5 times before I received them and ended up taking them to go. Weren't too busy either. Very friendly staff, just actually getting food was very slow.
