First time visiting this place. Excellent breakfast. It was so flavored and delicious. We all enjoyed it. French toasts with caramel apple on top... a bomb!!
I love a few of the servers here who do a wonderful job. The morning manager has much improved his customer service since I first started frequenting this restaurant 10 years ago. Always check tour orders when doing a ToGo as everyone is human and is capable of making mistakes (even you). I used to serve for 16+ years, which makes me want to have great service and "on point" service at that. There are very few servers that I find who do an "on point" job, but the morning servers here get my 50%+ tip most visits.
Ordered my food with my coworkers today. My chicken was barely cooked at all, it was completely slimy inside. My coworker was so upset that my lunch was ruined that she called and they said they would reimburse me for my meal. Then when she went to get my refund they said sorry, can’t do it corporate has to approve. I have been getting lunch here often for 8 years. I won’t be goi go back though.
I applied to work at this restaurant as a dishwasher, they scheduled an interview with me for 10pm, I show up and the general manager (Bryan) proceeded to tell me he had no interviews for 10pm ,and didn’t even care to check. honestly stop wasting people’s time.
Slow service, tiny portions, missing items. Server never returned so we could ask for refills or about the missing items.
Terrible experience and we will not be coming back. Compared to other locations, this one is truly subpar.
I go here all the time for discipleship and just to grab food for my whole family, but I come to this location all the time and everybody is so nice here
Find has went down hill. Used to love it but not good anymore. Not busy, but workers would rather talk to each other than wait on the few customers they had.
Everything was great! The food is always good and so is the family atmosphere. My waitress Melissa was exceptional! She was very attentive of our needs, fast and Very pleasant with a wonderful smile. I always say customer service sets you apart from the rest, there is a lot of good food out there but its the way you are served that takes you to the top! Good job!
