Breakfast was ok. Customer service was not very good.
Food was so cold that I could not even eat the 12.00 dollar burger and fries. The cheese was not even melted on the burger and fries were so cold they were stiff. Seems they were leftover from lunch time. That was almost 30.00 wasted for the trash. I don't know what has happened with this store. Guess the cooks are trying to get people not to order from there. Request granted. Never again will I waste my money on your store!
Server was very pleasant. Food took a long time to come out and the omelette was cold. My last few visits to Bob Evans have experienced long waits from ordering to good being brought out, definitely not the Bob Evans of years gone by.
Another visit to a regular place to eat. Everything was perfect. Great service, and the food, like always, was just fine. We do not go as after as we used to because a corporation bought them out years ago and ruined the place. The portion size keeps getting smaller, so we changed or choices.
We have not been going here as much as we used to. It seemed as though the employees no longer had a standard for thier appearance. When the hostess couldn't even take time to brush her hair, the waiters/waitresses wore whatever they wanted and their clothes were heavily soiled what could we expect the kitchen to look like. The last couple times we have been there, everyone looks presentable, the food has been great, and the store looks clean. Tomi is always our favorite waitress, but Joel was amazing today!
I'm still a little salty that they got rid of the Sweet Italian dressing, though.
Veg in the Omelet was not cooked at all. Banana bread was good as always.
The service is wonderful. Very accommodating. I have had the same waitress twice and both times she was great!! The whole team works very hard!! I love this Bob Evans location!!
Food was slow to come out. Limited time on a lunch break.it was probably a ten minute wait for a scoop of ice cream. It wasn't extremely busy , but from what I could hear, lack of(reliable)staff hurt today. Took my toddler to bathroom and noticed black mold all around the inside of the tp dispenser in men's room handicap stall.
