I have placed an order for delivery and unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the meal. The potatoes were not cooked through and the pancakes were not up to my expectation as they were soggy due to the placement of fruit on top. I believe it would be better to serve the fruit on the side. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice that the pancakes appear to have shrunk in size.
One of my favorite restaurants to eat at when I'm traveling back east. The menu has a little of everything, so you are sure to find something you like. It really has a home cooked feel, and not the large chain restaurant experience.
The food is very tasty, and I've enjoyed every meal I've ordered (so far). The staff are always friendly and on the spot with refills. Pricing is reasonable, and I feel it is a good value for the food portion sizes.
I will definitely be eating there when I make my next trip.
This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at this style of restaurant. All-day breakfast is great for someone like me who enjoys pancakes for dinner. This recent visit, I got the Rise & Shine burger for lunch. Easily the best burger I've had in quite a while. I also brought my office cup (30oz. Yeti cup) out of habit and a passing server filled the WHOLE thing without me even asking. I highly recommend giving this place a visit. Friendly staff, great food!
Stopped at this Bob Evans location on Saturday, April 13 around 11am with a party of 15. The restaurant was not very busy at all and could definitely handle a party of our size. Due to the size of our party, we were split up between 3 tables: 2 booths and 1 longer table. I'd like to start by saying the reason for our visit was due to a funeral. We just came from the cemetery across the way and had a funeral brunch/lunch at Bob Evans because it was a favorite of the person to had passed away. We had 1 waiter, a younger gentleman who was visible unhappy that we were there. Someone in the party ordered a number of appetizers to be shared across all tables and we got a snide remark from the waiter about the amount of food that was ordered ...... mind you .... there were 15 adults. The waiter was unpleasant, rude, and condescending. When taking orders, someone in our party (60 years+) asked what the sides were (this person is not from Ohio), and the waiter responded, "They are right there." and pointed to the menu irritated and annoyed. When the food arrived we were expected to reach for what was ours instead of him serving properly. Once everyone had food he seemed to get a little more pleasant, but he made the experience very rough and sad .... which is shocking given that we were already there for a sad reason and didn't think it could get worse.
Haven't been to the location in awhile (or any Bob's.)
Realized the pot roast breakfast skillet was off the menu and it was all I wanted so I politely excused myself.
My server let the manager know and he caught me before I got in in my car and said they could make one special for me.
The ambience is modern corporate Bob Evans which I don't love compared to the original country stores but that's not a reflection on this location at all..
The staff, management and food are all way better than my last visit here in 2016.
I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, & sausage. They had my order ready to go within 5 minutes. When I got to work, my breakfast was still warm and delicious!
This time we have Ronald as our server good service. Ham slices potatoes and biscuits and gravy blueberry pancakes
Dinner service wasn't great. Had a new server, who forget our rolls. The the apples on the French toast were burnt. The bacon was half over cooked half under. Salad and chicken strips were passable. Breading was heavy but the chicken was juicy. Will not be back during dinner.
