Great breakfast! Been a few years since we ate at this location. Had a bad experience about 7 years ago- the restaurant was very dirty and poorly managed. Decided to give it another try and found a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Food and service were great. They definitely improved!! Will be back. Recommend stopping here for breakfast!! Need to try out their lunch selections next time.
Not great. Long wait for the food, the food was subpar, the menu pictured the steak and egg omelette with plenty of steak, as you can see from the photo there were 3 small pieces. Plus it was cold. The hash browns were overcooked and very small. The sourdough toast was the thickness of paper and burnt When I brought up the issue with the waitress she basically said that’s just the way it is. I won’t be back.
Very well done a bit more hash browns would have been nice but food was delicious ???? thank you ???? very very good!
As a Minnesotan we don't have Bob Evans, we do have the mashed potatoes at the grocery store & they're pretty good so I wanted to come try the restaurant. I ordered the big egg breakfast & a strawberry citrus splash. It was really good. I wish the bacon was a little crispier, but its alright. The drink was great. I would definitely come back again when I'm in WV. We had great service & got our to go order when we were ready to leave.
Nice clean place to eat service all three meals. It's a very good selection. Waitresses are well dressed and look neat and clean. The silverware never even had water spots on them. Eat here it's a great place.
Ordered takeout and the food was inedible. The “turkey” was tiny little mashed up gristle pieces. They should have been embarrassed to ever plate the meal they sent out. The potato “soup” is basically chunks of potato with cheese sauce. It isn’t even remotely a soup. Definitely avoid the pumpkin pie. It tasted like a frozen pie that they dumped a jar of cinnamon on top of. The banana nut bread was mushy and not fully baked. Just overall a disaster of a meal, would never order from them again. Their manager had agreed to refund the meal but forgot to do so in the end. Bob Evans has lost a family/customer.
My favorite Bob Evans to visit. The food is consistently good, the service is always excellent, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It never takes long for the food to arrive, and what I get has always been exactly what I ordered. Thanks for the great food! ????????
Coming here on a business trip, I was drawn to try this Bob Evans since I am a fan of my local Bob Evans service and food. So what the heck, let's see how they compare!
Table was clean stocked and organized.
Environment was quiet clean and inviting.
Food: fries were very hot, but a little under cooked, but good with not too much salt and not put on the plate sloppy.
*Chicken was good, semi fresh and cooked thorough to satisfaction.
Service: service was up to standard, Sidney, a waitress greeted me with only asking how many, nothing of a personalized greeting or overbearing. Sat me in a booth right away and was very kind and attentive from there on. I did notice she took initiative in helping her fellow waitress Co-workers which was nice to see. Sidney was very friendly and I would only show her greeting for improvement, otherwise she showed great integrity.
Overall: you can expect decent quality food aside minor imperfections, friendly service and cleanliness from this location. Nobody is perfect, but this is close enough for everyday business.
