VERY BIG CON: (The food here is normally great!)
I ordered biscuits and gravy, and the biscuits were like actual bricks. These are definitely from yesterday. I can not imagine biscuits made this morning being this hard.
Food was delicious, the grits were not too tasty and kind of pricey for a bowl of grits, but we enjoyed.
This place is failing because of the overall management. It’s easy to see that it’s understaffed. The wait staff seems on edge with how much they have to keep up with, albeit wait staff was friendly and polite. More importantly, none of the cooks wore hair nets or beard nets. A hat is not a hair net. My mom found hair in her food, had to send it back, and it took even longer to come out the second time. This place used to have a nice homey feel to it, but it’s very much a just another poorly ran chain now. I’d skip it if I were you.
I ordered banana berry farmers breakfast. I looked forward to blueberry pancakes. I received 3 pancakes with less then 5 berries in them. One had only 3. My eggs were very runny also. I did not receive loaded hash browns. I got grapes. Very disappointed. Why is takeout less guality.
Was seated at a tiny table. If we were only having coffee it would have been fine. When we got our food (which took 40 mins) they had to move us to another table. Food was not good. Sausage was black, hash browns were burnt and greasy. Tasted like they had laid in old grease. Pancakes were burnt on one side. Didn't get part of our meal had to ask a couple times. Waitress was okay.
I walked in to do a take out order and was helped immediately. The cashier was pleasant and efficient. The order was fulfilled quickly and was cashed out. I appreciate the friendliness and the outstanding customer service.
Only reason I left a one is because there wasn't a negative option...-10/10
Potato bacon soup came with no bacon AT ALL ...the rolls weren't what they typically are at other bob evans ... The potatoes were super frozen and couldn't be served at noon? ... ...not to mention the server was talking bad about the Wendy's next door as if their facility was ANY better...which it wasn't....at least wendy gives us what we order exactly how we ordered it...will not be returning....I typically don't leave reviews but this one took my 25 bucks and didnt even fullfil my order....I JUST GOT OUT THE HOSPITAL AND Just WANTED SOUP...SO NO I AINT ARGUING WITH NOONE WHO CAN CLEARLY READ A MENU... THAT WORKS THERE...and knows there should be bacon with the soup...had I of realized at the place instead of when I got home I would have handled it. BUT B C IM SICK and just wanted food and my bed ..I found out when I got home..HINTS why I'm leaving a review.... disgraceful ????
First time and definitely gonna be returning the food was super great you can tell they hold quality of the food as 1# wow my tongue slapped my brain. The host was cool durning seating and The place was clean and the staff friendly couldn't ask for anything better. Great job guy im looking forwards to coming back.
