Server was like a turtle. Very slow and disorganized. I got country fried steak and double potatoes with a biscuit and a side of sausage gravy.
Sweet tea had little to no sugar. The steak was warm at best and so was the country gravy. The plates were hot as food set in window forever. The country gravy was nasty. The sausage gravy had a weird taste.
It's no wonder why this location has few stars. I won't be visiting this location again.
I ordered soup, husband ordered soup/sandwich combo. His was good and the right temp, mine was cold. I would have asked Casey to take it back to reheat it but Casey didn't return until she had our bill, which I said I ate what I could, it was cold. Nothing! ???? She did however stop at the table near us about 3 times to ask if he needed anything. ???? Was he the mayor of Logan or something?!! Then there manager came and asked the same guy if his was good, didn't ask us! When I went to pay, I asked Ariel to take the soup off our bill and explained why. She was great and apologized for the poor service.
Food was prepared to order and was very good. The only issue we had and why they got a 4 and not 5 is the delivery only included 1 syrup and both I and my son got pancakes. We were in a rental house so unfortunately we had no syrup stocked in the kitchen to supplement. So this put a lite damper on the breakfast for dinner.
1st timer. I haven’t ate at a Bob Evan’s since the last time I ate at one and got sick but I gave it another go and I’m glad I did! Not all locations are the same! This location in particular was perfectly placed. The young man at the door was a little off putting but our server and server in training was amazing. I ordered a Vegetable omelet with fruit and 2 pancakes to share. The pancakes were great! The omelet though it was good and very fresh it wasn’t an omelet (in my opinion). Everyone has different styles of making there omelets and it wasn’t what I was used to, Is all. It had way too many onions and the bacon could’ve been chopped and not in whole pieces but Overall really good food and good experience. Thank you!
Service was friendly and quick. The food was done perfectly. A couple of small things were forgotten when our order arrived but we're retrieved promptly. Happy with our visit.
Nice clean location with good parking & no wait. Absolute bare minimum in service. Food looked like it was thrown onto plate & missing items. The kitchen was out many basic items. We wanted dessert, but after waiting 15 after the plates were cleared, I had to walk almost into the kitchen to find somebody I could place a dessert order with. Certainly not the quality restaurant it once was. I would absolutely NOT recommend.
Husband ordered biscuits and gravy. His food came out with slime in his gravy. The waitress Alexiz only stopped by our table two times after we received our meals. Not once did she ask if we wanted a refill. Or how things were. We had to flag her down to get her to come to our table for the issue my husbandhad with the gross slime in his gravy. She took his plate and showed her manager. The manager didn't even have the decency to come out to our table knowing how our dining experience was with the slime found in my husband's gravy which was disgusting!! The manager only told the server she would just take the money off for HIS meal. This affected both our dining experience not just his. Completely gross seeing a big brown glob of slime in gravy. Her manager excused it as saying it was probably just burnt. It most definitely wasn't a burnt crispy texture but slime. And even if it was burnt why are you serving burnt food? and furthermore it shows a lack of hospitality since the manager didn't have an ounce of decency to speak to us. You represent your store so YOU should come out when a customer has a gross dining experience. His bacon was also limp and not cooked through.
This also isn't the first time we have had a bad experience here. The third!
First we waited an hour past the time the carryout order was Expected! An HOUR!
Last he received one egg for a two egg meal.
Someone needs to go in here and clean house.
The floors in the ladies room were sticky. My shoes stuck as I walked and the wall stalls are bowing out. You can see the toilet in the stall next to you, and the screws that are holding the stall frame are literally sticking out.
We will not be back!
Only left a one star review because zero wasn’t an option. Food was the worst we ever experienced. I sent my breakfast back because after waiting forever to be brought to our table even though the restaurant was nearly empty, everything was cold. Then when it was brought back, eggs and had browns were hard. Biscuits were cold and greasy. My husband’s “steak” was full of grissle.. Multiple tables had plates with food left on them.
The only bright spot was our sweet, soft spoken server who was very apologetic.
If you’re hungry, don’t eat here!
