I go to Ianazone’s pizza shop specifically for their potato pizza which I Love! It’s pickup only no seating. They do carry pop & a few desserts as well. They are always friendly. If you haven’t tried their specialty pizza, it’s worth checking it out.
Sunday January 28,2024 called @12:14 pm for pick up of a 14" supreme pizza & 1 dz bone in wings, male kid told me 25-30 minutes OK thanks. Arrived at 12:40 pm & sat in car. My friend went in @12:45 , 12:50 I see my friend sitting down so I went in. The kid asked if he could help me, I am here for pizza & wings, he ok. Now it is 12:57 & I asked where my order was, the kid said I am making your pizza now, I replied WHAT, it should have been done or at least coming out of the oven. I am here alone and my help left to make a delivery we had a big order for 11am. I said, it is 1pm. I am here by myself & you don't understand. I said, I do understand, I owned a pizza shop what I don't understand is how you are running this one. Wouldn't give me his name but he was wearing all black, ball cap with SOX , shirt with TUPAC, beard & mustache. The delivery guy came back, brown hair thicker beard mustache & wore glasses, all black clothes brown hooded jacket
I don't even know where to begin. The mild wings were yummy. The cheese pizza looked delicious (I didn't eat any of that pizza)... My wife and I are doing keto currently so I mentioned something about a crustless pizza... The new owner Sarah (hopefully I spelled it right) offered to make us a pizza with cheese as the dough/crust... IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST PIZZAS I'VE EVER HAD! She was such an amazing, helpful, polite person. I'm so beyond pleased with the food, service, and overall experience! If you are on Keto, or love cheese, I HIGHLY recommend you try this pizza. Got the taco pizza and it was delicious! Fast, friendly, and reasonable prices. It was my first time ordering and I will definitely go back!
We went to pick up the pizzas, the whole shop was full of smoke like something caught fire…something did…our pizzas! They had to have known and still handed us the boxes of pizza without saying a word. We won’t be going back.the crust of the pizza on the bottom and the edge crust was black.
I was told 20-25 minutes. I got there and was told 5 more minutes. Which was no problem. I even said that’s a good thing that you are busy. 25 minutes later pizza was ready but told I needed to wait for fries. Another 15 more minutes. My pizza is sitting on top of the oven now. I’m not exaggerating. I had my 6 year grand daughter waiting with me. Waiting area very dirty. My grand-daughter sat on a upside down bucket. Last but not least, I finally got home and open up the box and my pizza was burnt, crust and cheese black. . So disappointing. Never again.
Do you want to have missing items, two entire pizzas show up completely uncut and one of those pizzas not even be the correct kind? Order here! That is far too many mistakes in one order. I will not be a returning customer.
I altered the products sent to me burnt I in good conscience can no longer support this local business. I order her a minimum of 1-2 times a week and after 14months of good service. I was told I altered my items. This is almost laughable because well why would I alter my stuff and ask for replacement. This place was my main go to. Now after being insulted by a worker claiming I altered my food I can no longer recommend it to any of my guests at the motel I manage and I can no longer order myself.
I was able to talk with the owner and she was able to fix this issue and we just imade our first order since we spoke. This is done to perfection and I'm more then happy with the product and I will be continuing to be a customer. Thank you again for fixing the issue and thank you for your great product I've been used to
