They charge you to diagnosed your car $180 and if you use their tow truck, they will charge you another 150 and then he’ll replace your car. He will keep it there for a month every time you go you’re going to spend 700 next visit will be another 500 and then be ready to pay another thousand on top of that don’t go to the shop it’s a scam , when you go up there to go talk to the person they will leave you there waiting for 40 minutes.

These guys have bent over backwards for me, and I could not be more grateful. Nery, Jasmine and their team are a family owned business with great integrity and values. I have known this family for over 17 years and have repaired my vehicle with them ever since. All the work done has been exceptional, time efficient and they worked around my schedule to get the repairs done. The team of mechanics are very knowledgeable and get the job done right. I have never had to bring back a car to have redone, it has always been resolved the first time.
I can not say enough good things about this place, and would not trust anyone else to repair my car. Keep up the fantastic work!!

This shop is crooked. My car came out worse than it went in and the idiot told me it was my fault. He sure took my $1000 though. Just to show how stupid he is I told him I'm reporting him to the better business bureau and he said "Thank you". He wasn't being sarcastic. He didnt know what the better busniess bureau was. This place is trash. I don't understand how its in business.
I've been doing business with BNW since 1994. They are honest and really look out for the customer's best interest, not their pocket's best interest. I recommend them to everyone I know, because they are trustworthy and good people.
