Today he loses a customer that never haggle him on anything. Today he game me back my car in worst condition then when I took it to him to repair. The worst part is I paid him 490 dollars to mess my bmw up . Came in for labor and leaving with needing to paint match my car from the used parts he replaced the parts he broke in the process of the labor I paid for originally. I can't even believe he look me in my face and said it's a good job.
Took my vehicle here to swap my spark plugs and they ended not doing the work correctly. After taking my vehicle to them again, they try to say it was something else when it was a spark plug that was causing a misfire. Now, the dealer is fixing their mistake these people apparently don’t care about customers. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your vehicle here unless you want to pay extra. Last time I bring my vehicle here.
Great mechanic and very knowledgeable. Will tell you what exactly needs to be done to take care of your BMW and what will need to be done in the future for preventative maintenance. Not only that, super fast to get work done. This shop and Allen Beemer are really the best in the Valley. If you drive a BMW it's a must to see this shop.
I have been going to this particular auto repair shop since 2010. The owner is very knowledgeable in all facets of engine problem from high-end vehicles, Mercedes Benz, BMW, to less expensive vehicles and he searches for the best prices on parts.
Good quality work. Had my m3 fixed by them after taking it to 3 other people and spending 300$ for nothing. This place fixed my car and did a great job
DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHOP!!!!! He will " fix one thing" and claim more things are wrong with the car. He will charge you an arm and a leg for repairs he doesn't do.
Took my car for a engine oil leak and charged a lot to fix it on my bmw and gave it back to me with a check engine light on and bad idling and are denying that it had to do anything with them . Now I have to find a different mechanic to fix a problem they caused
I love this shop! Great service and excellent customer service. Leo and Jose go above and beyond! Only shop I trust my BMW with.
