Extremely kind wonderful people to deal with! Stan and Sheila and everyone I talked to at BMB were lifesavers and went out of their way to help out my son who was many states from home. Extremely responsive, excellent communication. Wish I could have been there to meet and thank them in person.
I arrived in Hays on New Year’s Day to find that the rental car company where I had a reservation was closed (I had specifically called the location in advance to make sure they would be open. I had a confirmation number and everything!) There I was, stranded, an hour and a half drive from where I needed to be. A TSA agent got me in touch with Sheila who arranged for Stan to drive me all the way to Cawker City on New Years Day and pick me up again the next day to come back to Hays. (And it was his birthday!!). So kind and so nice to work with! The next day, after spending the night in Hays, Randy picked me up to get to the airport. He came right on time! BMB turned a nightmare into a dream!

Called them twice this week. Once almost and hour early to get to my destination on time. And now I rode the night before and told them I would need a ride about 630 and they told me to call at 6 well I did ive been hung on on and ignore so upset

I called this service 3 times and got blown off twice. The third time he refused to take me straight home. And told me he was going to pick up two men then he would take me home. Made me feel completely uncomfortable. I will never use this company again.
No one answers the phone. Then no accountability. Terrible.
I used their taxi service when I first moved to Hays and was having car trouble and they were professional and caring, much different than the cabs back in NY. My driver was knowledgeable of the area and had a great personality. And the owners are 2 of the most wonderful people I've ever met. They will also take you anywhere and I mean ANYWHERE! Need to go to Wichita? They'll take you. Colorado Springs? Let's go. San Diego? You got it.
