I’m sure they do great work from what I’ve heard, but I’ve called on more than one occasion and never received a call back after leaving a voicemail.
I’ve also emailed and have not received a response.
Very kind considerate and respectful place to go, also very accurate and reasonable pricing. They are upfront with you on your repairs. And I love the fact that being a woman I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Jeff is a very knowledgeable mechanic and he's very good at what he does. Blues automotive repair is an excellent place to take your vehicle. They got me in quick and my truck was repaired by end of business on the same day. They explained the repairs needed before and after so there were no surprises. The amount charged I felt was fair. I will return in the future for any vehicle service work needed. I was referred to Blues automotive 4+ years ago from a customer of mine who also had many excellent experiences. I was told I would find honesty and fair pricing. That's exactly what this master mechanic delivers. Jeff's knowledge is expansive which has saved the day multiple times! His workmanship has stood the test of time as I've never had to return for the same issue. I have an older high milage mileage vehicle and thanks to Jeff it's still got a lot of life!
His wife is also incredible! She's an effective communicator, well organized and keeps the "front of the house" running like a well oiled machine. They are a dynamic team, very personable, down to earth and professional. They make things easy to understand and they are easy to do business with. You don't want your car to break down but at least I have this team and I'm confident I'll be taken care of every time!

I had a good experience with them. Turn around from diagnosis to repair was quick, staff was friendly on the phone and in person, pricing was reasonable, and most importantly, the repairs were done right.
