I would love to give five stars. However my first experience as a walk-in was not a good one. I spent many years in the automotive industry. I have never been denied talking to somebody because I didn't have an appointment. I find it amazing that you do not extend walk-in customer service. Aside from that thank you for fixing our car

I recently dropped my car off at this location and was very unhappy with the customer service and the quality of repairs. I left a very detailed review of my experience. I have since removed my review. After speaking with a lovely woman named Karen, who assured me she would assist me in making things right, and she did. She put me in contact with Victor K, I believe he is the GM. I received a call from Victor. We discussed the issues and in less than 48 hours Victor was able to have my car repaired and looking brand new. Thank you, Karen and Victor for making things right and getting everything taken care of.

I hit a deer on the interstate with my 2019 F-150 and there was a substantial amount of damage to the front end. I honestly was thinking that it could possibly be a total loss and was contemplating getting something else. The repairs took a little longer that I thought it would take, but Diego went above and beyond to make sure I was in the loop on timelines and was also able to get me a loaner vehicle when the insurance company reached it's rental car limit. I couldn't have asked for a better turn out on my truck. It looks brand new again and I love it. I would recommend BBC to anyone with any vehicle damage and I hope you get Diego cause he is great. Thanks again for the great work!!

Absolutely the worst body shop one can imagine.

Initially we agreed not to leave my truck until all parts were in, I was told that they had ALL the parts and ready for the vehicle so I left the vehicle. They didn’t have all the parts being a Blind Spot Indicator module that cost less than $150. I asked them to assemble the vehicle and when the part came in I would return for install.

They wouldn’t let me have my vehicle, said it would be a liability to them.

7 1/2 Months later they finally got the part, then it took 3 more weeks for them to complete my vehicle.

They did at least give me loaners to drive after I contacted the General Manager.

A couple of weeks ago i got into a wreck on i-35 in Schertz. My wife recommended that i have the pick up towed to Bluebonnet Collision since it was nearby. Once we got the truck to Bluebonnet we were greeted by Bobbie before we could even get to the front desk. She assured us immediately and laid out the process very clearly. This was so cool & amazing because we were a little rattled from the fender bender we were just in. Just a few days later Bobbie reached out to my wife to update us on the pickup. Unfortunately, it was totaled. Not a problem tho. We Couldn’t have been more impressed with Bobbie and the bluebonnet staff’s knowledge and expertise. And bed side manner. We will be doing business there again for sure. But hopefully for customizations and not insurance claims.

Vehicle repairs took 4 months. When I finally was able to pick up the new paint job they had to do on the bumper is not good. My passenger side door panel and window were not put back together correctly so the window doesn’t seal all the way and rattles in the door.

Very please with the efficiency & personnel that handled repairing our car. They were all pleasant & helpful. Really appreciated the courtesy of Nick. The repair was done to perfection.
