THE FOOD HERE IS NOT FRESH! Like sir/ma’am what hours/days do you serve freshly cooked food. I tried giving it another shot after the first time my food was stale and cold about 3 months ago. Today baby the food was trashed once again…the egg rolls tough, the rice and chicken like it was reheated in the microwave. I’ll just stick to the Scotlandville location they never disappoint
The food is good but the customer service is trash. They don't stand behind their mistakes is u can't immediately turn around and come back. Even if u have a receipt and pics to prove their mistake. Thats is horrible, businesses should stand behind their mistake and work with their customers to correct it but instead the customer has to eat the cost. That is complete trash.
Blue store never fails. They got the chicken down packed! Best chicken wings in town hands down. I can eat it everyday and still want more. Chicken is my go to at blue store! Thank yall!!
The food was very good. Everyone in my hometown rants and raves about this place so I was looking forward to trying it. I caught the immediately upon opening and my food was fresh and hot. I'll definitely be back.
They answer the phone eh they feel like it, food is ok sometimes potato logs and always cold or microwaved, chicken also of it’s not a high sell item. Lobby is always full but that’s fine I just want my food crispy not stale!
Of course the chicken is good, but they don’t answer the phone and the time of operation isn’t correct! Please update your business information if your not going to answer the business phone please.
I had really high hopes for the food at this establishment.The one in Scotland is 100 times much better.I notice that the chicken taste much different at this location.It was fried in old grease and lack seasoning.I honestly just threw all the chicken away after trying it.I also had the shrimp fried rice.I’m just disappointed.Never again
Pulled up at 7:27pm (33 minutes before closing time) and they already locked both doors. First time attempting that location, and I won’t be attempting again. 5, 10, hell even 15 minutes before closing time is reasonable…but 33.???
