Stuck? Delayed? Just want to chill after getting through customs? Here is where you want be. Bartenders are attentive, friendly, make eye contact ???? and converse with you. Even if I’m not delayed or stuck I’ll always stop here. Drinking the STEM cider. Finally a bar that has good cider on tap
This bar is weird. Bar tenders seem to be in a constant break. I mean they are slooooow. Then you can get food from the sandwich place next door. But you cannot sit in the bar and just order food without alcohol. That’s not stated anywhere so its hard to understand the dynamics of the place. 2 beers and a 12” sandwich for 33 is not bad.
I travel a lot, and the service I received at this location multiple times, was very juvenile and careless. The bartender who “helped me” barely acknowledged me.
I told him I’m having an emotional day lost my father. He said, “oh, lucky me”
I was stuck on a delay to Arizona and ended up in Blue Sky Bar. It is attached to a Quizno's. Took a bit too long for a drink and seemed way too much for the 2 bartenders to handle. They did have some sports playing and some descent music.
Meh. It's OK. Waitress at bar had no personality. Food is Quiznos subs, which you would think would make it a fast meal in order to catch a plane, but the sub sandwich came out within the same time frame that a typical restaurant meal would appear.
Drink glass was only half full. That's a pricey glass of ice!
The upholstery on the chairs is absolutely horrid. When the chairs are moved, they are like nails on a chalkboard.
Nice open bar with tarmac windows that overlook gates 32 and 34, particularly convenient if you are flying out of these; not to mention a view to the great outdoors is nice and easy to take for granted in the airport. Beverage selection is good and pricing is as expected. The bars is sandwiched between Quiznos and another small cafeteria that share dining space if you want food at this stop. You can also change via plug or USB at the bar.
Elizabeth and Brent are absolutely amazing servers!!! If I was this business owner I’d do anything to make sure they were happy and content with their job. It’s hard to find good employees and they are worth their weight in gold. Any future complaints should be handled by a stern “go away Karen”.
Great spot to grab a drink and food while you wait. You can order quiznos from the bar. They have flights of beer.decent craft choosing. EXCELLENT whiskey choices. Pappy van winkle here to order!
