Y'all need to do better, the last time in visited I got chicken strips which were old and burt. They tasted horrible, like they were cooked in burned grease. money wasted. You only get 2 strikes with me. This was the 1st...????
It’s weird that y’all have these menus online and when people call and place an order you tell them that the menu online is old and then you drag the prices up like 20 more dollars that’s like false advertising and I don’t know why you’re still in business because you need to upgrade your menus or sell the food for what it says. Y’all are false advertising in your crooks maybe is it because y’all take food stamps so y’all trying to make your own prices to get more money out of people please respond I would like a response
Definitely has gone downhill on taste, and product. Not a place I would recommend. Today the service and food was unusually bad. Probably will not be returning because I tried to get lunch for me and my mom and this is what she got!
You get what you pay for. I ordered a Philly cheese steak for my boy. They decided make it a super and wanted me to pay extra for it? I politely declined so they removed half the sandwich... Weird if you ask me.
This place has declined. Poor customer service. Rude staff. The way they interact w/the patrons in community is horrible. How do you want OUR money but can't respect US????????. If it wasn't for US ????????none of these Fish/Chicken places would be in existence. Quality of food has declined. Fish not cooked thoroughly on more than one occasion. Chicken tenders burnt, Philly cheese steak no flavor, toppings paid for not on sandwiches. Last several times we've gone there's been issues. We're done.
When I don't feel like cooking or run out of time to make dinner before I go to work, I always order from here great prices and good food
If you're looking for somewhere good to eat in the city try blue they're catfish nuggets are great and the chicken wings are even better you love the family portions and you love the price
Before I get into this I am going to say this I have been going to this restaurant for about 3 1/2 years now. First I want to start by saying I called and placed my order. The lady that wears the Hajib that is usually taking orders and payment was the one to answer the phone per-usual and was extremely rude (This is not the first time). As I was trying to place my order she continuously cut me off to speak to another customer
(but had me on hold for about 5 minutes before doing so to attend to that other customer
So shouldn’t you be done attending to that customers before taking me off hold to service me ?? NOT TO MENTION SHE WAS BEING RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER SHE WAS CUTTING ME OFF TO ATTEND TO !!
*HAVING ME ON HOLD IS FINE W/ ME ITS 10 o’clock THATS WHEN THEY ARE BUSIEST OR EVEN THE CUTTING OFF TO A DEGREE *
THE ISSUE IS she was very rude and rushed me off the phone without having a clear understanding of my order . I then went to pick up my order and asked her to make sure my salad had NO peppers !!

•And calling her bck to make sure she understood my order !!
My order was still wrong and had to be remade!! To my surprise I get home nd the salad was no different still peppers on my salad !! I even had a side conversation about how nasty and rude this lady is with 2 other customers !! Not to mention the salad was not for me it was for a family member and my meal which was the 5 piece chicken was just as bad saggy and cold !!!
