My Brother-in-law had a flat tire from a damaged valve stem while on vacation and we took him to BR Tire and Auto and they did a great job! Had him fixed up and out the door with no hassles! Definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service! Had an issue with a valve stem and they got me in and out within 20 minutes!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!
My elderly parents rented a trailer to take 12 hours one way. The person that hooked it up never checked if the lights worked. My parents left in the middle night with no lights to drive 12 hours. Cmon guys! They photo the entire trailer to verify condition but don’t check lights. They also had to stop in the middle of the night to adjust the chains.
Hope someone takes better care of their parents then they did mine!!
We had a great experience with this company. We were staying in Blue Ridge for a baseball tournament for our son’s baseball tournament when our car started making a horrific noise. We called them up and they got us in and looked at it while we waited. They were honest and let us know it probably was a piece of gravel that was stuck. They checked everything anyways and reassured we were all good and sent us on our way for free. Reliable and trustworthy people for sure. Thank you.
