Do not engage in business with Blue Ribbon as they are not trustworthy. They do not pay their carriers on time, and have a terrible work ethic. They owe us payment for over 85 loads we haul for them and they refuse to make payment despite of having receive payment from their customers.
I have family working for Blue Ribbon and it has been such an amazing company. We get paid out so quick, on time, without any problems.I look forward going into the office, being greeted by the front desk. Highly recommend.
Blue Ribbon has helped my freight brokerage out by giving us competitive pricing and outstanding service. I noticed they reply back at all hours of the day and night when I asked for a proof of delivery and they sent it back to me around 6:00 AM. It is refreshing working with a carrier that knows what they are doing.

Sina was very nice when he wanted me to do work for him..
but he refused to pay me for my labor.
He only agreed to pay less than a third of the bill "to cover gas".
I have tried multiple times to collect, to no avail.
Just a heads up.
His hand shake,and word are worth about...32.5 cents on the dollar to me.
..and that's being nice.
I hope and pray for him and his family.
I am only posting this for the next person to be aware.

This is a great company to work with. The owner goes above and beyond for the employees and treats everyone like family. The drivers are always taken care of with the upmost respect. I'm thankful for the opportunity of working with such amazing coworkers, drivers, and customers.
Had a load fall through with this company (their fault) and somehow the dispatch found a way to belittle our company, insulting both the driver and our dispatch team to the point where we cannot justify a future business relationship. We will never work for such a stereotypical broker again! Good riddance.
