Such a cool retro diner! You feel transported back to the 50's, a great atmosphere. The servers were so nice. Our food was delicious, wasn't the best breakfast food, but that's not what I expect from here. Wasn't super busy either, it was pretty easy to get a seat for four.
Been wanting to try this place for a long time for dinner but I’m glad I made it for breakfast. Not too many places are open early on Sunday but it was worth the trip. Located on TV Highway on the Beaverton/ Hillsboro border. This 50’s style diner has a lot offer for being quite small. From the friendly staff, the simple menu, and the retro look throughout. It’s a great place to go to get away from the modern cookie cutter restaurant and if you’re looking for a good old fashioned breakfast with out feeling rushed, this is the place. Ordered the Thai curry burger. It was so good. Service was fast, I sat outside under an umbrella. Lots of yummy fries came with the burger
Best place i’ve ever been too. Me and my boyfriend come here almost twice a week now that we found this place. We love 50-60s diners and are glad there’s one in town. Food is amazing we loved the chicken fried steak and their waffles as well with their cheesy scrambled eggs. Our server was Richie and he has been the best server I’ve ever had. The owner is an older woman and she works her butt off in the restaurant. We’ve always had a great time coming in here.
I work at a retirement community and brought some of our memory care in for brunch today. WOW! The waitress working was incredible. She let me order in advance and was so kind and patient with our residents.i believe her name was Stephanie? So, if you guys are watching, give her a raise or a bonus or SOMETHING! I don't think I ever had service so great let alone with a group like mine. The service alone makes this a 100 star experience (the food was also good). Thank you Stephanie (I think) for making our Friday bright
I had the worst dining experience ever in my whole life, I ordered steak eggs and potatoes with a side of fruit. After waiting over an hour the waitress brings out the wrong food then takes another 30 minutes to bring out the right food by that time I was not even hungry any more. Serving that many people with one person is not good business since. I will never return.
Enjoyed this place very much. 50s vibe. Diner with something on the menu for everyone. Quality food. Had the Breakfast burger topped with over easy egg to perfection. Super fast and friendly service. Recommend.
The French toast was extraordinary. The brownie sundae was delicious and the milkshake was incredible. The food at Blue Moon Diner is amazing. 5/5 stars always.
