I love Blue Moon!! The owner is so pleasant every time I see her and I love how it’s a generational BBQ recipe. The ribs are so tender, the meat basically falls off the bone. The sauces are made in house but, to be honest, you don’t really need them. I love supporting women in business and she make it easy to be a supporter. I highly, highly recommend these ribs.

Got the brisket sandwich, it was really good. The price was appropriate for what I got. Was disappointed at the side options, they only had mac&cheese and beans, so I just got the sandwich which was plenty filling for a meal. I would’ve liked to get coleslaw and/or fries, or maybe even some collard greens.

It’s at a food truck lot; during my visit two trucks had a shared covered dining area, nothing fancy but clean. There are also banthrooms available.

Going through Okeechobee and needed to stop for lunch and... score! Just looking for bbq and I love a good food truck. We got a lot of brisket, beans and mac & cheese for three. I did get the $8 "crowd pleaser" as well and it was way more than enough for a meal. I will definitely stop by again.

Oh! My friend loves mac & cheese but never orders it because "it never tastes good" but Blue Moon's is an absolute hit, she loved it.

They have a doctor pepper sauce and a spicy red sauce. Both very good and a unique taste

Blue Moon BBQ hits the spot with the best of em. Whether you're local or traveling from a distance, it's worth the drive. Shawna catered my buddies bachelor party at a local facility and the food was nothing less than a hit. The brisket is tender and melts away in your mouth. The ribs are ridiculously good, the chicken has so much flavor it dances in your mouth, and the pulled pork hits all the right spots. Be sure to also check out her Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce and don't forget the homemade mac n cheese.

Woman owned and operated. Pretty wicked. She smokes her own food, sauces and sides made from scratch. Food is amazing!!!!

Skip Mickey D's or BK, for the same price I just got me a heck of a brisket sandwich dinner. Way better, very satisfied, and their cowboy beans are succulent (to die for), they could be a meal all on it's own. This thing was humongous, half a pound of brisket. It made me take a nap when done.

This was some of the Best Pulled Pork I have had in Okeechobee. We will definitely be going back for seconds & thirds. The Macaroni n cheese was a bit dry but the flavor of the Pork gave you a 5 ☆ Star.
