I tried Blue Mist Salon because of a facebook review I saw highly recommending Kendall and it just so happened the first available apt was with Kendall only days after I called. After my first visit I knew she was great! She recommended I try a different style of highlight than what I am used to and while I liked it, I have been used to foil highlights my whole life. At visit two I told Kendall I wanted to have a full foil highlight and she totally understood where I was coming from and what I wanted. Most stylist I've seen generally are hesitant to make big changes in color but Kendall confidently told me we were going for it today and I LOVE IT! Not to mention the cut she gave me has added so much to my hair style in general I could not thank her more! She surely knows what she is doing and for that I am grateful because sometimes you just need some guidance on what you should do with my hair and she has shown me she knows what she is talking about and executes! I would and will recommend her to all of my friends and family!
I got the best blond highlight and cut I have ever had by Kendall Wilson (and I have had A LOT of highlights by many different awesome stylists in my day;). The highlight was the perfect color and just looked so bright and natural. Best layers I have ever gotten too. She so confidently helped me decide how to cut it, and clearly knew what she was doing. Also a great resource on the best products to use. Could not recommend her more highly. She is super fun to talk to as well:)
Misty has been cutting my hair for 2 years now, and she's amazing. She's always in trend with the new techniques and products that she uses. She cares about your needs of hairstyle and knows how to deliver it.
If you're looking for the one and only waxing person, you need to see Kayleen. She's fun and gentle. There's always something to laugh about with her.

Carrie Ann did a wonderful job on my hair. I have long straight hair, and need layers to be able to function well in life. LOL She made it look great, and gave me hints about color. (I color my own hair red, which is difficult to maintain) The atmosphere is one of welcoming hospitality. I will be returning as soon as my hair makes me crazy again!
Went in last week for a cut. I did request a lot to be taken off, which was done. However, after getting home, I realized it was still not where I wanted it. I texted my stylist. She arranged for me to come back. She and the manager concluded that my hair texture did need some extra attention. They made big improvements to it, free of charge. Am now very happy with my cut.
I could see that they take pride in their work. Great customer service.
Will most likely return to them for my next hair appointment.
I saw Carrie Ann for my cut and highlight and I was there for 3 hours the night before I was getting on a plane for California. Normally this would be no big deal since I can appreciate that it takes a while to do hair but along with her declination to cut "too much off" because I was "freaking her out" (her words) and what I considered "basic" highlights, I thought 3 hours was excessive. I paid $230 and although she told me to come back the next day if I decided I wanted more off the length, I thought the idea alone was inappropriate. For $230 or $30, I feel I should be able to get my head completely shaved if I request it. I didn't go back although I feel like my hair is still way too long for my liking. If you're looking for a "big" change, I don't suggest a conservative place like Blue Mist. It's been about a month and my grow out looks crazy bad so I think I overpaid. Bummer!
My hairdresser was named Jessica. The salon is very well set up and the haircutting stations are well spread out. I have always gotten the same haircut, however, I was open for recommendations on something new. Jessica recommended the lobb haircut so I went with a medium lobb. Since I have never gotten anything different done to my hair I was nervous, but it could not have turned out better. I will definitely go back. :)
