I should start with saying that I'm extremely picky with my vehicles. Minor flaws drive me nuts, and I've never really been fully satisfied with any body shop in the past.
The level of service that this place provides is absolutely unbelievable. One word to sum this place up, professionalism. Kris Riffe, was the gentleman who did an outstanding job walking me through the estimate and the cost analysis. He helped guide me through the headache of using another driver’s insurance, and made the whole process make sense.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
The car looks great! Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here, even if you're as picky as me.

Replaced Bumper and Lower Bumper Cover
When I pointed out I didn't have the trunk sticker protector, Kris was able to get back to me within 24 hours and scheduled to swing by the shop to get it put on.
I brought my Ford edge in today to fix the mistake of another mechanic, and Bluegrass Auto Body got me in and out and absolutely no time, great customer service, I highly recommend this business for anyone who needs repairs or work done on.
First, I want to commend Chris the Service Advisor. He did a great job keeping me informed during the various stages of repairs and was very prompt and courteous.
My issues are with the repairs. It was extensive damage down the entire passenger side. The first time I went to pick up the car, I did not accept the repairs due to the subpar paintwork. The color match was great but the texture and “trash” in the paintwork was awful. They were able to buff it enough to where the issues were less noticeable but still there. I realized they were not going to do the proper corrections which would have been repainting. When I went to pick it up the second time, I left and noticed that the mirror they had to replace on the passenger side was incorrect. It did not have the blind spot monitor in it. They ordered a new one and replaced it a week later. Then a few days later, we noticed the rear door that they replaced did not open from the inside. We had to take it back for them to reinstall the cable that goes from the handle to the latch.
So, I have the car back and it functions normally now but there are other issues. Scratches on interior panels they had to remove, c-pillar interior trim pieces that do no longer latch so they pull off easily and fit incorrectly. They cut through the middle of the lower grille in the front bumper so there is a gap there now. From what I can tell, they did that to make it fit into the aftermarket bumper they put on. The interior was left dirty from the repairs.
I do not expect the car to be like it was prior to the accident. I also don’t expect $9,000+ in repairs to result in multiple trips just to have the car function properly, not to mention the cosmetic issues. I will not be using them again and suggest others do not either.
Take your vehicle anywhere else.. literally. My car was backed into and progressive suggested this place. Biggest mistake ever. The accident was in July and I am still having issues. My "new" bumper (that they lied about being new) keeps falling off. My headlights almost never work. My finder looks like a 5 year old put it on... actually a 5 year old would have done a better job. I spoke to progressive and I have to yet again get a rental tomorrow (nearly 3 months after the accident) and take my car to a DIFFERENT body shop so that the work can ACTUALLY get done. TERRIBLE. However, if you want your car held together with bubblegum take it here.
Took my Toyota Highlander in to replace a broken drivers side mirror. I purchased the mirror online but didn't want to put it on myself. The estimator Kris Riffe came out to take a look and said he could do it on the spot. Less than 30 minutes later it was fixed and works perfectly! Awesome, honest, and quality service. I will never take a vehicle anywhere else. THANK YOU!
They did a phenomenal job on my wife's hood. Every other place said they needed a new hood for a lot more money. They fixed the dents in the hood and saved us a too. And it looks incredible!
Highly recommend, very professional and all the work on my car was done on time as promised. Jeremy was extremely helpful. Will be taking my car here any time I need body work.
