I have never felt more welcomed or comfortable at a tattoo/piercing establishment than I do at Blue Devil Tattoo which I owe to all the artists there.
Julie immediately went above and beyond for me even before I was pierced by her. She was able to get me the naval hoop I wanted and continued to stay in touch with me throughout the process. This made me come back to her when I got my rook piercing which she did seamlessly. She was upfront and told me which ear would be better and why which I truly appreciated.
As someone who asks for butterfly needles when they do bloodwork, I was terrified to get a tattoo. Ramon patiently answered all of my questions and concerns and gave me the BEST first tattoo ever.I never planned to get a tattoo spontaneously, but Ramon changed that. I gave him full freedom and he recommended what to get based off our conversation and chose where to put it. Saying I am ecstatic is an understatement. I am so in love with the shading and detail he brought to a walk in piece. I will 100% be making Ramon my tattoo artist as I venture into this journey. He is very knowledgeable and reassured me about my concerns on tattooing on darker skin tones. His personality and demeanor make getting a tattoo the easiest thing you’ll ever do, plus he’s incredibly talented!
Conner did my cover up and even more work than i expected. He is a skilled tattoo artist and knew exactly what i was looking for! I gave Conner free range and he delivered! Me and the family couldn’t be happier!
Next month, I will be turning 50 yrs old and it was always a goal for me to get a tattoo. I was right by this location and walked in with a tattoo design in mind. I was introduced to Ramon Silva. I admitted this was my first tattoo and he was amazing! He drew up my tattoo and was so kind & patient. His kindness made me so calm, that I almost fell asleep while he was giving me the tattoo! And my tattoo is absolutely beautiful!
Before and after, Ramon explained everything I needed to know in detail and didn’t treat me strange for being so inexperienced, which is what I was so insecure about.
I will recommend Ramon to everyone I know! And if I ever get another tattoo, I’m definitely going back to him too!
Julie was AMAZING. She did my nose piercing and could not have done any better. She was so sweet and thoroughly explained everything she was doing plus the aftercare. Overall, great environment and super amazing staff. If i'm ever back in Tampa I will be back.
Came in for a piercing. Julie was absolutely wonderful and took time to explain what she was doing before she did it and also made sure I understood how to take care of the piercing afterwards as well. They also have several talented and experienced tattoo artists too! Make sure to stop in (they accept walk-ins) and get a tattoo or piercing!
Julie is the absolute BEST!! There’s no one else I’d trust with my piercings. She’s a pro at what she does and is amazing at making you feel comfortable.

I knew exactly what i wanted b4 i walked in. Ramon greeted me, he listened to me and did exactly what I wanted! The small amount of time I was there was perfect! The vibes from the entire staff was beautiful. Thank u Ramòn for angel wings and 11:11❤️. I'll be grateful for life.
