I had to get to work at the hospital on second shift one afternoon and my husband snatched my keys. I called and the driver was at my house within 25 minutes---I live 20 minutes away from the hospital. I was very impressed, especially for a cab service. The driver was very friendly and we chatted the entire trip. I will definitely not hesitate to call again if I get in a bind.
Would recommend to anyone that needs a ride. I was in a pinch and needed a ride to the airport they responded in a timely manner and got me to the airport on time for my flight. They can also schedule a pick up for you from the airport just call them a day before your flight into Charlotte and give them your flight number and they will track you. Awesome place! Thanks Guys!
Driver was on time and very polite. The website said they take all credit cards which is why I chose this one after a search of cabs in Belmont, NC area. My driver did not take a credit card......I had to go to a gas station ATM for cash from my personal account instead of being able to use my expense credit card. Disappointed but arrived on time for my flight.
Driver was excellent and professional! I forgot a bag in the cab, and he came back a few hours later to deliver it to me without having to call it in. Will definitely use them again.
We had an emergency situation where our truck broke down 90+ miles away from home. The sweet, sweet owner of the company drove us all the way from Gastonia to Easley,SC!!
My wife and I have used Blue Cabs for years, always friendly and helpful. Great as an Airport shuttle.
