Ridge was an awesome guy that took great care of us when we were there! It was pouring rain and cold and he was so good to us for our round trip to a concert in Boone! He knows the city and can recommend all the best places to eat and sightsee. Very friendly and hardworking man! Much love and we will call you in a few months when we return! A weekend just wasn’t long enough!!!

We had the opportunity of utilizing Blue Bird services for our trip Boone-Rayleigh. Totally impressed by their hospitality and professionalism. Their 24/7 service was very helpful and Ridge (owner) had been very kind and cooperative for our needs. We totally enjoyed our drive!! Thanks Ridge

I'm so grateful for Ridge and Keith! I was stranded in Boone for 8 hours before finally finding a ride home. Couldn't even find a rental to get back out of state but these guys made it happen. I was anxious and tired but Keith was a great road trip buddy and even chatted with my teenager. 10/10 would call them if I needed a ride in that area again.

Called for a ride from the mechanics to a rental car place. Ridge was able to use his connections to get a hold of the rental company (small town perks) and let them know I was coming so they didn’t lock the doors on me! Kind & professional! Thanks for the ride, Ridge!

Blue Bird was a lifesaver. There were no other taxi/rideshare services available. Blue Bird answered the call and provided top tier service. Maintained open lines of communication and provided timely service. Highly recommend their services. We will use them the next time we are in boone/sugar mountain ski resort.

Eli was amazing, picked us up when we had literally no one else. Dude is a complete life saver. Would recommend to anyone, very knowledgeable of the area with quick responses.

Justin is a chill dude but a flake. He says he’s gonna show up and then either is super late like “I’ll be there in 5 minutes” but is actually there in like 30. We confirmed another ride with him and he never showed up, answered our texts or phone calls. He is fine but a late flake.

WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. Reserved 2 cars to transport 8 people from Beech Mountain to Boone for the Darius Rucker concert from , owner, Ridge. He asked for a deposit but when I looked at what was charged on my AM Ex, he had collected the entire amount. I asked him and he just blew it off….A week out from the concert, I texted him to confirm pick up time and location. Sent 2 text before he confirmed. The morning of I texted to ensure we had 2 cars for 8 people, time and location.and told him how important it was to ensure we got to the show, (That I had friends that were counting on me) Ridge said “Why would it fall apart…..then gave me the thumbs up and said “good to go” At 5 pm (supposed to be picked up at 6) he informs us he only had a car for 7. That won’t work, we have EIGHT people.,,,We tried to come to a resolution…..and 2 cars were eventually sent 45 minutes after pick up time) Two of our group left in frustration. So we turned one of the drivers away (but gave him some cash for his efforts) Bottom Line. If you need a reliable service this is NOT your RIDE!!!!VERY DISAPPOINTED
