I came in with hair that was about 5 different colours after a home bleach job and wasn't sure what could be done to fix it and ended up leaving super happy with the outcome! Really nice atmosphere in the salon and I felt at ease for the whole appointment. Would definitely recommend !
I have had several good experiences but the last one was very disappointing. Mia got annoyed with me because I changed my mind about a particular style half way through. I ended with a mess of a haircut, very uneven. She didn't seem to take into account that my hair was naturally curly so didn't behave like straight hair. I went back to complain but the only thing they offered was another appointment that day which I couldn't do. Not very apologetic.
It was my first time there. The place is nice and clean. Charlotte was my hairdresser. She is a good professional, very friendly and gave me a very relaxing massage while washing my hair.
I always get totally transformed here! I went in with an idea (blonde mullet) and Mia the hairdresser went above and beyond. I love it! Thank you so much. A very reasonable price too.
Got charged for a “restyle” but only got a fringe and ends trimmed… I did asked for choppy layers around the front but didn’t get those (assumed it wasn’t included in the “cut and blowdry option, if I knew it was a restyle price I would have asked for more work to be done to actually restyle my hair not trim it).
The facilities are nice and the girl who washed my hair was really sweet but just ensure you’re being booked in for exactly what you’ve asked for, I was charged £10 more than expected even though I explained what I wanted on booking and didn’t get that delivered.
I probably won’t be returning as re-booked elsewhere to finally get my choppy layers done! Looking at the reviews, I’d only ever ask for Mia if I was you!
Just came out the salon and i want to leave a review straightaway. Lydia was amazing!! She was so friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She made amazing suggestions for the cut I wanted and even offered complimentary deep conditioning and gin and tonic (wow!). So reasonably priced for a student and for a hair salon right in the centre of Bristol as well . This place has definitely become my go-to hairdressers, can’t wait to pop back in again!!
Mia transformed my sad hair into a ???? and amazing colour. I had fun the whole morning and I can't wait to be back in few months!
Absolutely lovely salon and staff, Lydia is amazing takes time to really find out what you want and give her honest and very knowledgeable advice which results in a brilliant job! Love love love my hair thank you xx
