I went there for the first time today and oh my God! The service was amazing!!! The atmosphere was awesome and their potatoes????? If I could give 10 million stars, I would!!! They have amazing food!!! I will definitely be coming back as often as I can!! Next on my list is the ox tails and the shrimp potatoes!!!
Blossom’s Potatoes is a gem on the west side of Gary, Indiana.
It is a cute little restaurant and convenience store with organic and plant-based items and good quality cooked food. It sits on the corner of Clark Rd and 21st Ave.
The customer service is excellent, and the food is so good. My family and I ordered the chicken nuggets and fries for the kids under ten yrs old, and everyone else enjoyed half orders of the jerk chicken bowl, chicken Alfredo, and beef short ribs pictured below. Yes, the jerk and short ribs are my favorite. So yummy! I cannot wait to return on my next trip home.
My very first time eating here and really enjoyed the food, portion size and customer service. And to think, I finally didn’t have to drive to the city for some quality food. I will definitely be returning.
Another ghetto establishment. No business phone and the door is locked so you can’t go in to order,, then the number has a blocking service so you have to state your name and then u get hung up on.. Sad is an understatement..

I love the potatoes I am working my way down the list. Ox tails, Roast Beef, Cajun and Chicken Alfredo are extremely delicious. I also had the chicken wings yummy. Keep up the great work.
OMG! This is definitely a hidden gem in Gary! You will not be disappointed! TRUST!!!! ????????????????Good food, good people, good atmosphere! My husband is a picky eater and he enjoyed everything he ordered from the mini steak???? potatoe???? bowl to the all beef polish???? and fries????.....THE SIDE OF DRESSING NEVER MADE IT HOME!!!!! (I don't have photos because we ate it all!!!)
