Another drive made me miss my next bus and the supervisor was so nice to take me to my interview and I got the job . THANKS SO MUCH!
Pathetic timing and scheduling. Half the time they're either early or late. Maybe it's perfect if you're homeless or retired. Forget about having any "you time" if you're "planning" a route. Yankee cold weather and 90's ignorance. What a blend of Crusty-Cracker Midwest. The automobile: keeping Americans just a wee bit free. Busses don't run on Sat/Sunday like you might expect.

The staff that work the desk inside the transit center are extremely rude. Not just to me, but I have watched countless times as other patrons get treat horribly. And if the person looks remotely homeless then they get treat even worse. I have never asked for anything out of the question or anything that would require strenuous work. Just question about a bus route or directions somewhere. I have never walked away gaining any knowledge. I have always left felt talked down to and still not knowing the answers to my questions.
I rode a bus for the first time yesterday I went inside to ask questions and I was met by a very rude and disrespectful man at the front desk. The way he talks to people is unacceptable and being old is not an excuse to treat other people that way. I talked to my bus driver about him and said that that's not the first time he has been rude and disrespectful towards young people. One day he's not going to be talking to someone like me who chose to be the bigger person. If he doesn't change his attitude he should be fired.
It's absolutely wonderful option for anyone living in Bloomington to get around the city & see site's.Though there have been multiple times where the driver's of the buses are rude & complain about ppl they have to pick up or certain stops. Also the biggest downfall is that if your wanting or needing to be somewhere at a specific time than GOOD LUCK!!! If you're bus runs more than minutes behind then ALL the others one's leave & unless your walking you have to wait another 30min-1hr depending on time of day your riding.
The 3w curry pike literally just drove right passed me while standing at the bus stop,smh please do something about this it happens too often. Bloomington has one the worst transit systems I have ever seen.
The Bloomington Transit downtown terminal has both indoor and outdoor seating while waiting for your respective bus. In decent weather, sitting outside is nice due to Bloomington's clean fresh air combined with the sounds of a vibrant city.
