Broke down on the side of the road- recommended a reasonable tow truck company and got my car in within an hour of breaking down. Got me in and out in under 3 hours. So very very thankful for them. Good and honest workers!! Will definitely be going to them in the future.
A large portion of my family goes to this shop. When I moved to town I needed a good place to go. Whenever I need something they are quick to help. They have gone above what they needed to on a few occasions to accommodate my situation. They aren't the cheapest in town, but they aren't the most expensive either! Plus they are honest on what needs done and I don't feel like they are selling me services I don't need. They always call if they run into something that wasn't expected and give me the options before they just go ahead and fix it. I also love being able to support an honest hardworking group of people, and a local business.
The ONLY place you should bring your cars for maintenance. i REPEAT - if you live in galesburg, and YOUR vehicle has gone awry, bring it in here and have all your problems disappear. Trust the woman at the front desk with your life. Honest folks.
I am astounded at the amazing customer service! My fuel pump was broken and we found out that the warranty I had paid for expired today. I had to have my car diagnosis in by end of day yesterday to get it covered. We took the car in yesterday afternoon and these guys made sure to get it diagnosed and in to the warranty place in less than 2 hours. Called this morning and my car was already fixed!!! Super fast! I so appreciate what you did more than you can imagine. Most places would have failed me I'm sure. I will definitely be recommending this place in the Facebook groups I'm in and writing reviews.
So, after spending $70 on an oil change, $700 on brakes, plus a few random visits to a mechanic in Galesburg, I decided to try somewhere different. My car overheated and I have a cracked rim.
Honestly this garage was the 3rd place I called. They say 3 times a charm. They checked my car to see why it overheated and flushed and filled the radiator after determining there was a crack in the radiator. John called everywhere from here to Missouri looking for a rim for me. Charged me $40 total. Later that afternoon after I left, I called him crying. I was about 20 minutes away and my spare tire which I was driving on, popped. He sent his guys out to help me. He got me home. He charged me $80 on the tow!!! Thank you so so much!!!!
