Best WLM Reviews

Nicole was our waitress (cool cocktail glass earrings ????) she was so fun and kind and super helpful! I ordered the Ruben and fries - they were so good!!! The fries were crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth in the inside. The Ruben had a lot of awesome quality corned beef - SO GOOD! Atmosphere was awesome as well!! Totally recommend!!
From Alabama and came across this gem of a restaurant! We were passing by and decided to try it.
Wow this place is amazing! Great food great service!! The locals are truly blessed to have this establishment near by! Now I with we had one back home! This is a MUST stop if you are hungry! Big portions as well
Bar and dining area are separated. Nearly everything seems to be freshly made. I had the carne asada on nachos and the chips were fresh and delicious. My friend's had the Philly sandwich and they said it was really good but they liked the onion rings the best.
Neat little place to try! And you'll most likely see motorcycles and it side by sides there.
For a small town bar and diner, this place is pretty decent. Atmosphere is a nice dive bar and every time I've been the people are the best.
This is obviously a bar that serves food to people who have had a few drinks & already killed their taste buds.
First I will tell you, if you do not sit at the bar- you do not exist. I watched 3 groups of people walk in, were shouted at to sit anywhere and after several minutes, they got up and walked out, it was obvious they were ignored. (We sat at the bar)
The menu looked promising and I have to say I started to feel a little disappointed I didn't try this place sooner. My boyfriend and I are foodies and since we tried some place new, we ordered across the menu.
I had a gut feeling to try a burger to test the waters, I also ordered a cup of clam chowder. My guy ordered the Riverside sandwich & the Larry Tacos.
•I didn't receive fries with my burger. ????
•My burger dry & was SO SALTY. It didn't have that good burger flavor, completely lack luster.
•My clam chowder looked quite unappetizing, and when we tasted it, it tasted old and VERY reminiscent of Tuna Helper. It was lumpy and looked curdled at the same time.
•His Riverside was made with basic lunch meat from a deli counter, canned chili peppers that tasted like the can was opened a week ago and it had less flavor than my burger.
•His taco was saltier than my burger and you couldn't even tell you were eating a taco except the green sauce had a pungent flavor that overtook the salt, and left a "taco flavor" in your mouth.
I have to admit it took me a long time to try this restaurant in my neighborhood, based on my friends and families experience, but my boyfriend and I wanted to to try someplace new.
It is VERY safe to say, I will not be returning.
Fresh everything, flavorful everything, homemade everything and full, delicious servings of everything! I promise you, the stop is worth it.
I ordered onion rings and a burrito. The onion rings were fresh and crunchy and dipped in a delicious homemade batter that was the perfect ratio of batter to thick, juicy onion slice. We had it served with a flavorful ranch homemade dipping sauce that was the perfect thickness for dipping. I want to add that the onion rings were biteable!!! The onion stayed perfectly nestled in the deliciously textured batter. I have not experienced that anywhere else in a long time. Then, the burrito I ordered with carne asada and as an extra option , a fantastic green sauce served with a perfectly seasoned and cooked Spanish rice. Nothing was dried out, nothing was soggy, everything was absolutely perfect. My mom ordered the taco salad and it was served in a fresh made, perfectly crispy homemade shell with heaping amounts of jalapenos, olives, cheese, sour cream and tender flavorful chicken that was perfectly cooked. And I haven't even had a chance to talk about the staff.
Well staffed and extremely friendly staff. They genuinely feel like they're happy to be there and happy to make sure you have an amazing experience. This restaurant accommodates bikers and off roaders, passer-throughs, snow birds and party animals alike. There's a beautiful outdoor space that is so cool! Large, wooden patio with amazing custom work, circular tables and thatch/tiki umbrellas that, with a nice beverage in hand, could make you feel like you've teleported right down to the Bahamas with the friendly, amazing staff.
Put your shades on, wear your leathers, your business suit, your bathing suit, pajamas or jeans and t shirt, you will be welcomed here.
Thank you guys for an amazing experience! We will be back!!
Philly was awesome. Chicken was good. Food took over an hour to get, probably closer to 1.5 hours. Not sure what the hold up on that was, but the waitress was super nice and on top of our drinks.
Went in for an early dinner, the service was great, she chatted with us for a bit and made us feel comfortable. The food came and was cooked to perfection, my wife claimed what she had was the best ever ????
The pricing seemed a little steep but it might just be me that thinks that since I don't like parting with my money.
Am willing to go back again. ????
