My whole family has been coming here for years, and even though we’re not Korean, there is no language barrier for getting amazing haircuts and service from Karen and Paul. These haircuts are better or on par with the $80+ salon prices that are usually charged for women’s haircuts. We’re grateful to live so close and for such a great small business.
I went yesterday there , my hair is curly so when the man saw my hair he told me ohhh it’s too curly , then when he started to comb my hair he did it hard so I told him slowly but without any apologies he just gave me hair brush and told me do it by yourself so I did it and then he started to blow dry my hair ,during this time he pulled my hair hard so every time I told him slowly ,he continued without any apologies and when he finished he was going to use the iron so I asked him that will you put anything to protect my hair from heat ? He started to speak rude to me and he yelled at me and he told me that you asked me 3 times before but in fact I just asked once before blow dry and second time before using the Iron
And he asked me you want to go ?
So after he yelled at me I left already without finishing my hair and I was so upset because I had my son’s birthday party so I regret going there
It was my first time and my last time going there
If I found no star review I could choose it but I just chose one star review so I can write my review .
My advice don’t go there please find somewhere else that you can feel respected and happy.
Honestly worse place to get a haircut they wont take you in if you dont have an appointment but the many times ive walked in ive seen their stylists just sitting down so I dont understand why you need an appointment? Dont bother showing up! Customer service is horrible especially the guy at the front he doesnt have respect for their customers I recommend going to another place.
I have been going here for mien than 10 years now. The men's haircut is definitely priced better than other places and your hair gets washed twice! Paul is my go-to guy! Afterwards head around the corner to Gentle Chick in the Galleria food court for some wings! Perfect combo!
I’m coming from NYC where there are awesome barbers on every block. I have been looking for a simple mens hair cut in LA for a year and they are either (1) too expensive (2) not good, (3) or both.
Enter Bliss Beauty. Paul gave a great haircut and took his time. Very reasonable price, clean, and efficient. So glad I was recommended this place.

asked to bleach my hair n then dye it red they only dyed it red n water my money for it not to show
I went there to get my hair colored and while I asked for a light brown, they gave me a dark black. It wasn’t what I asked for. The hair looked terrible on me. It took over 9 months to get atleast a little bit brighter. They didn’t even meet my expectations for it.
