The atmosphere here is down to earth. Great customer service! Audrey is my barber she is very compassionate about her work, she doesnt get distracted and she takes her time. She is good with communication and very flexible. She definitely kills it at cutting hair and very friendly.
I made an apt for my son with Ric Roc and paid upfront because apparently that’s what you have to do to in order to book with him. He texts me minutes before the apt to let me know he can’t make it bc he’s sick. I reschedule with him for the next weekend. Unfortunately, I have an emergency so I message him the day before to let him know and I reschedule for the following weekend. Me and my son arrive and wait 20 minutes and no show, no text or call. How rude and inconsiderate. He should definitely keep the money for doing absolutely nothing, I’m sure he needs it.

It was my 1st time going here today. I have been trying to get around to go by because I hear excellent reviews from my friends. Sure enough as you walk in it smells fantastic, whatever they use I want to buy some. And everything is clean and proper. A.c. was great, had some music going on tv, and the layout is awesome! The most awesome detail was that they have high psi air guns to get rid of the little hair pieces left from your cut, that most places send you back home with... But I absolutely loved my experience. My cut was spot on! I will be going back all the time, and telling my friends to go as well.

Great and professional establishment. Jamal provides excellent service to his clients. He goes beyond the usual haircut and always insist on perfection. I’ll definitely refer his service to others and more importantly he will be my barber of choice for my kids.
