Be careful with these ladies that work here, they charged me $250 for my hair and then I sent her $20 tip $10 for each of the two ladies that touched my hair. The next day when I checked my bank account I was charged an extra $25. When I asked her why was that extra charge she told me that it was a “fee” that the payment machines takes with every payment but I was never told anything similar to this.
If it’s true they should at least let the costumer know before and not after, this was my first and last time here.
They also have a 5 month old everyday in the salon smelling those strong chemicals and right next to loud music .

I had an amazing experience at this salon. There was great service and they were on time. I was there for a blowout and hair wash and it was great. The blowout lasted me over two weeks. They workers were very kind and when asked if I could have someone pick me up something to eat in the salon they allowed me to. 10/10 I will be coming back.
I wanted a SIMPLE cover up, trim and blow out. The ladies ended up doing a protein mask without asking me and I don’t know how the hell something like that cost me $400 that’s not even including the tip. The owner ended up putting her cash app on my phone and the tip wen to her and not the stylist. $450 later my color faded and I was definitely scammed or something. Very disappointed.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with this salon. I was quoted $125 for braid on my 10-year-old daughter's hair, without any washing, blow drying (because i did at home before bringing her)or added fake hair. The braider, who was the only person in the salon, could not speak English. To make matters worse, she was playing inappropriate Latin music videos on the TV. Seeing me coming in with kids. Smh
I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer service at your salon. I will never return and will be sure to warn others about my experience.
Today was my first time going to Bling it on Beauty salon on 77 Franklin St in Norwich. From the moment I walked in the ladies were nothing but welcoming. I got an amazing pedicure from a beautiful angels with a key close to her heart. I could feel her healing powers blessing me during my pedicure. May God bless her and every woman that enters this salon. These ladies have the key ❤️
Visited Joy at bling it on for a Brazilian wax, they have a private room in the back. Joy had calming mediative music playing. She was very patient with me knowing it was my first Brazilian wax. The entire salon is clean and comfortable design. I absolutely loved the waiting area. There is ample parking across the street. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and will be returning for all my waxing needs.
Left with flawless hair styled EXACTLY how I like it. Did not trim too much off which is also important. Prices were okay/confusing. It's $15 for a trim but $20 for a haircut? Not logical. I think they should reconsider that. That is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But you get what you pay for I guess though if they were cheaper I'd come more often and they'd get more business from me. ;) Just a thought. I can rock my curls now and then I suppose. Nonetheless, Gina has great talent. To be trusted with all of my hair needs. My new recommended salon in all of CT for curly hair. You will be pleased.
So can someone please explain to me why a protein treatment/ mask, wash, trim, dye and blow dry cost $350 w/o tip???
