Fun night of dancing but $20 to get in and the staff started putting auto grats on our drinks even after we we tipping! Called to dispute $17 charged for two $5 cans and I got hung up on

I went for the silent party and it was a great experience. The music, drinks, and atmosphere where generally great! However, even though the policy is no smoking no one enforces it so the dance floor was super smoky. My main issue is that the entry price is very misleading. They quote you one price online and then when you get there they tell you a higher price while making up some excuse on the spot.

Horrible night club, went for the bad bunny after party had bought our tickets in advance but they wouldn't let us in right away. Why? Because they oversold the damn place. It was a scam. No way everyone in line was getting in and a lot of people were leaving instead, the place was super packed and no room to move around at all. Plus the floors were sticky and disgusting. Super disappointed in how they were handling this event.

I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Very unprofessional and weird honestly. The club is 21+ yet they allow 18 year old girls in but not 18 year old guys. They allow minors to enter and drink as long as they pay waiver fee. Place should absolutely be shut down. Security will have you pay money to them, then you have to pay money to people at front desk as well to even enter the club. When questioned about this the unprofessional women at the front say “security doesn’t have anything to do with in here” ??? Yet you have to go by security to even get it. Do not recommend listen to reviews and go elsewhere

I went a couple weekends back around New Years. The bouncer was acting rude at first which is understandable, but then he kept walking by our table. Later, I got up to use the restroom and he was at the stall. He looks over at me and then OBVIOUSLY glances down at my junk while I'm peeing .. Unprofessional & creepy! It gets worse. Later while we were standing by his post, he leans over and asks if I would "melt in his mouth" later that night and he would return my cover if i did. No thanks dude, and please keep your proclivities to yourself. Never again.

Bad bunny afterparty was a scam, they overbooked the club and were forced to close early by the fire department. Declined to give us our money back.

Where do i begin the customer service is very horrible you can tell it’s not a premium club. I was visiting from out of town an attended an event. The people at the door was trying to get more money out of me when I already pre paid 300. Then they put in a horrible booth. I end up talking to someone if I paid more can you move me mind you all the booths are the same price. I got a new booth which was better than the other one. Then 20 min in they came and moved my guests and I. I was so dumb founded. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. O yea then I went to the dance floor to come back to my table and see my bottle is gone and that they cleared my table. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to go and enjoy yourself. They asked me to come back I kindly declined and said I would never ever come back to your establishment. The service needs to be better. Stop having unprofessional people be your face of your club.

I don’t understand why is this club charging 7$ for a bottle of water water should be free especially when u serving liquor it’s was horrible and smoke was everywhere burning me and my family eyes and throat
