Best WLM Reviews
I have been to multiple Blaze locations in multiple different states over the years, and this has by far been the most consistent and friendly. I like my pizza cooked well done and they’re always happy to do it and *always* ask if it looks cooked well done enough. I appreciate the attention to detail. The store has plenty of seating and it’s right next to the Red Line which makes it very convenient to get to. I love to stop by after my beach days at Loyola on my way home.
Also, the manager at this location truly cares about running the business well and making the moment right for every customer. She’s been working a few times when I’ve come through, and it’s obvious she takes the role seriously. Thank you to this team for always making great pizza! ????
This experience was painful. Took forever to get our pizzas assembled since there was only one person loading the ingredients. We finally get to the register to pay and the guy (receipt says Tristan S.) tells me I have to order 2 drinks in order for this coupon to work. It clearly states a free pizza with the order of a pizza and a drink, not 2 drinkS. He says it won't work otherwise. I ask to speak to the manager and he says he IS the manager. False advertisement and made no effort to honor what the promotion states. Also, our change called for some dollars & 24 cents, this dude gives us 20 pennies! I ask him if he had any coins other than just pennies, he says no. They're LITERALLY next door to a bank! Are you serious? If he is, in fact the manager, he's doing a horrible job of it. This encounter left a bad taste in my mouth, even before trying the food. Will never patronize this place again.
Tried Blaze Pizza for the first time. This location is close to Loyola And the train station. Not happy with the 10 min wait just to take the order. Felt like they gave preference to online orders. I had the Meat Eater pizza, it was nice.
A cool place located right beside the Loyala train station and just opposite to the university. The place is usually busy with people. The music was good. Service was quick. The pizza tasted good. The prices were pretty reasonable. However one of the staff was getting a bit impatient while we were making our choice. Overall it was a good experience.
Blaze employees are very friendly and love to accommodate special requests for an order customization of for dietary restrictions. I love making a flatbread, essentially, by ordering a cauliflower crust and adding all the toppings I like, no sauce or cheese. No matter how unique the order, they are happy to make it!
I usually like their pizza. It’s thin crust. However, I would recommend customize your own pizza as some specialty may have some ingredients that you don’t like.
If I could give 0 stars I will.
First of all, the staff in this location are thieves. I ordered a Large Red Vine pizza and an 11-inch pizza for delivery via Grubhub. The driver delivers only the Large pizza and tells me that's all the restaurant gave to him (This is true). I called and they tell me that the have the 11-inch so casually, like what??? So they did not give my complete order to the driver.
The pizza I received was burnt. See photo included. I also ordered the pesto garlic cheesy bread. There is not one ounce of pesto as you can clearly see.
Maybe it's not all Blaze franchises, but the one of North Sheridan Road in Chicago, Illinois has absolutely terrible with staff that STEAL food from CUSTOMERS when they order for delivery, by intentionally omitting items.
Pizza is absolute trash, all due respect. First time there, but I don’t think it was just a fluke. Nothing came together, no flavor. I mean, really, it was trash. Never going again.
