The employees were very friendly. The drink cooler wasn’t on, so we need cups for ice for our bottled drinks. They had kids milk on the shelves, so I’m thinking that should be thrown away? Pizza was good, a little burnt. My daughter liked choosing her own toppings
I love the pizza from here, but their staff member at the oven by the bathroom is rude and very hateful. I asked if i could use the bathroom and was told i needed to show proof of purchase to use them, then the bathrooms have caked on black stuff all over the floor and bottom of the walls, you can see where someone made a half attempt to clean it off the walls the toilet seat is also broken. Then i had to show proof a second time to the same person when im 1 of 4 or 5 people in the place other than the staff. I regret coming to this location as i truly enjoy the pizza from Blaze and have never had a bad experience in one until today.
The pizza is absolutely amazing this was our 2nd night in a row coming in. The first night everything was great we loved it. The 2nd night was a different story. We ordered 2 pizzas one for me one for my wife. Hers got made and put it and when mine was getting made I wanted garlic pesto sauce and that where it went downhill. I guess they were out and it was just a cluster after that. My wife's pizza was put it and forgotten about which resulted in it actually being under cooked and almost 20 mins later mine was finally made and put in. Just disappointing as the food is awesome but a big lack of communication between the employees. May go back but hopefully the service improves
It has a great location close to Union. I love their build your own pizza. It is freshly baked, delicious, large, and cheap. There are a lot of toppings choices, and they are unlimited! Their service is usually a little slow because customers spend time on choosing various toppings.
I will be reviewing the accessibility and accommodations of Blaze Pizza. The entrance is fully accessible, as there are no stairs or steep ramps. There is tons of seating that is wheelchair accessible. While waiting in line, there is a railing that can be leaned on. The menu is pretty small, which may be difficult for people with visual impairments, however there were many signs stating that online ordering is available, which may be helpful. Exits were clearly marked, with braille available. In my opinion, the drinks and garbage can were a little high for people that may use wheelchairs. Also, the restaurant was pretty loud and the environment was a bit chaotic, so if you have sensory sensitivity issues, take caution. The restaurant was well-lit and clean, and the ordering process went smoothly.

Really wish Blaze Pizza was closer to where I lived and worked though... I'll eat pizza more often then.

Was visiting Ohio & stumbled upon this awesome spot. What a brilliant concept to be able to see your pizza made while also building/adding food options to it on the spot. I also loved that you can get a big salad with half a pizza all for under $10. The place was spacious with lots of seating. You have to wear a mask, if you don’t have one they’ll supply one for free. I went in the evening so it was a little busy, had to wait for some time but the pizza & salad was delicious, hardy & definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend!
First time here to this particular location store wasn't very busy after lunch time there was only two people working and they was very backed up and slow we stood in line for over 15 mins but I understand they can only do so much they was very apologetic about the wait. The other issue I seen with thos restaurant is it was very unclean there was food and all kinds of stuff allover the floors by the pop dispenser machine the napkins holder had filth and grime allover it the pizza was okay just never been to a blaze pizza like this before but over I do recommend trying it out.
