I get it that mistakes happen, but this is my third time ordering from here on a delivery app where they have put pepperoni on my vegetarian pizza. All of the times it has very clearly not been on my receipt or the one that they tape to the box at the end. It’s really frustrating for a company that seems to pride itself on offering vegan and vegetarian options. We have always received a refund on the delivery app for it, but that’s not really the point. Last time it happened, we called the location and they just said “ok” and told us to figure it out through the app. Then it just happened AGAIN tonight. I love the food when made right but we prob won’t be coming anymore because it’s been such a waste and has even made me sick from the pepperoni being hidden under everything and my accidentally eating it. It’s honestly an allergy issue as well, so if you have allergies I would beware because they don’t really seem to care about dietary preferences or needs.
Literally can’t go wrong with blaze, the workers are very nice and have casual conversation with you if it’s not too busy. They’re friendly and walk you through the process. If you end up with a bad pizza it’s kind of your own fault for your own choices. While I do agree that they use less ingredients than they used to they’re more than happy to add additional with a simple ask.
Usually I order delivery. Can be a hit (80% of the time) or a miss.
If you dine in know that the service is good but the atmosphere isn't (you would probably prefer doing pickup/delivery).
Usually Blaze Pizza is great. Not tonight. Ordered two pizzas, well done. I don't think "well done" means "burnt black crust," especially under the pizza. It's too burnt to eat and try to look past the burnt flavor, have to throw it away. Maybe it was because I ordered via Grubhub and it wad close to closing time, idk. Either way, that should not affect food quality.
I have to say it that it was one of the best Pizza’s we’ve had. Also, Eric along with his team were really welcoming and good at service. If the owner is reading it please give them something special because they deserve it.❤️❤️❤️
Walking in, the employees are extremely loud and just goofing around. Came in ten minutes after my order was supposed to be easy and it still wasn’t ready. Good pizza, but terrible customer service. Only came because of the T-Mobile coupon, won’t be returning with that staff.
Normally I would say Blaze pizza is great, but this location has gone down hill and become very cheap with toppings. Once this place placed a proper amount of toppings. Now they barely put anything on the pizza, you ask for more and they barely add anything. Not worth the money.
I’ve been coming to this location ever since they opened because I work at the restaurant down the street. I usually have a good experience, pizza is always awesome and the staff is polite enough for you to feel welcome. But today was just a different story. I walked in, the staff I don’t think even acknowledged me, the girl making my pizza dragged her feet to the counter and if I didn’t say hello first I think she wouldn’t even bother greeting me! The ingredients were scarce, I asked for some bacon she put a few little bits in the center and called it a day. So my pizza went in to the oven, without being rotated as they usually do, came out BURNT the cheese turned brown and the edges were black. At this point after the whole unapproachable attitude I didn’t even bother complaining. Taste of the pizza is 3/10. I worked in the industry for so long and I get it the kitchen gets hot everyone’s agitated but we can still provide basic customer service.
